"When I traveled to Leshan before the New Year, I definitely wanted to see the Giant Buddha. I booked the Shanshui S Hotel, which was very convenient to get to from the station by taxi. They even sent a car to pick us up. The room facilities were excellent and received unanimous praise from my family. The front desk service was also great, and we even got a complimentary afternoon tea set. Breakfast was fantastic too! We went to see the Leshan Giant Buddha early in the morning when it wasn't crowded, highly recommend it!"

"The hotel has its own parking lot on the ground floor, so you can park your car and head straight to the front desk to check in. The front desk staff provided excellent service, recommending nearby places to eat and upgrading us to a higher floor. Since it was still a bit chilly in early spring, the front desk even provided a small heater, making the entire room nice and warm. The evening service was also very good. We're very satisfied! 😀"

"I chose this highly-rated hotel for a relaxing few days in Leshan over the Qingming holiday. It's super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Leshan Station. Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic; they even added me on WeChat and sent tons of great travel and food recommendations. The room's garden is built on a large terrace, and the small courtyard is so peaceful and comfortable. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very smart-tech enabled. My entire stay in Leshan was incredibly comfortable, filled with beautiful sights and delicious food. Everyone I met was so gentle and laid-back. I hear the airport is opening soon, so I'll definitely be back for more relaxing getaways!"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. There are also plenty of great local eateries right next door, like Yingzi's Fried Skewers and Grandma Ju's Shaved Ice, which were both exceptionally delicious. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in, which was a thoughtful and warm touch. The rooms are relatively new, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our whole family slept soundly during our two-night stay. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They even kindly offered our family of three a complimentary breakfast, which was quite good. Although the hotel's parking lot was full when we arrived, and we had to park at Wanda Plaza, the hotel graciously reimbursed us for the parking fee. This gesture was truly impressive and much appreciated. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel!"

Besides，he issued us tourists map and Leshan introduction which are very user-friendly to first comer. There are many restaurants nearby，such as Miao Wei spicy hot pot(秒味串串)，BBQ and Qiaojiao beef(跷脚牛肉)，etc. Our room locates on 20th floor & No. 05，is not very spacious，however the layout and location are very gorgeous which face Jialing river directly and Leshan giant Buddha can be overlooked clearly in the distance. This amazing view brought us good mood and atmosphere during stay. It is a bit expensive during May day holiday. It is the best choice for lodging under the premise of avoiding holiday and festive days for staggered shift tourism. "I stayed at this hotel in late January. I didn't pay attention to the details when I booked, but there was road construction directly in front of the main entrance, making it inaccessible to vehicles. I had to take a taxi to a residential area near the back of the hotel. I was quite disoriented when I got out of the car and had to search a bit before finding the main entrance. My first impression was a bit disappointing; the surroundings didn't seem very good. Some rooms faced the residential area. However, the front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, were incredibly friendly. Their warm smiles made up for the initial disappointment. They even helped me switch to a room with a partial river view. On the second day, when I went out, I realized that this location would be excellent if not for the road construction. It offers river views, and a snack street with many well-known eateries is just a 10-minute walk away. It's incredibly convenient for exploring and dining. If the road construction is finished, a stroll along the river would be quite pleasant. The picture shows the view outside the hotel's main entrance."

"The biggest surprise of my Leshan trip was the Zen Garden Jiading Courtyard Hotel. Tucked away in the Jiading Square of the Grand Buddha scenic area, it faces the Three Rivers and is backed by Mount Lingyun. Its Southern Sichuan folk architecture, with blue tiles and white walls, blends seamlessly with the natural landscape. Stepping inside, you instantly leave the hustle and bustle behind. Six independent courtyards wind and meander, with lush greenery alongside the flagstone paths and the gentle sounds of Zen music – every step exudes a tranquil poetry. The room design pays close attention to detail; the golden nanmu wood bracelet room key is a particularly unique touch. Staff member Xiao Wang was incredibly kind and attentive, from arranging the shuttle buggy to explaining activities, her service was meticulous throughout. Experiences like scripture copying, Zen tea ceremonies, and morning Tai Chi allowed us to slow down. Sipping tea amidst incense in the tea room and strolling through the riverside garden completely relaxed both body and mind. Breakfast was also a delightful surprise, with a rich variety of options including porridge, pastries, and local Leshan snacks. Waking up to birdsong in the morning and enjoying the riverside lights at night, this isn't just accommodation – it's a healing journey. When we checked in, the front desk staff went out of their way to suggest various travel strategies for Mount Emei. The driver, who might have been the owner, even chatted with us about Mount Emei's culture, Buddhist culture, and other tourism resources in Sichuan, which was very interesting. There's also a lovely, chubby cat named Coco at the guesthouse who is incredibly friendly. She purrs as soon as you pet her and even meows gently outside your door, knowing which room you're in, and loves to cuddle and roll around. Overall, the entire trip felt very thoughtful and personalized.

RryzhangWhen visiting Emei Mountain, my top choice has to be The Le Méridien right next to Baoguo Temple. As an international chain, their service is professional and impeccable. Before check-in, Xiao Hui from the concierge team confirmed our itinerary, arranged for high-speed rail station pickup, upgraded our room, and even provided an extra breakfast for our child. The service truly was faultless. The hotel's breakfast also offered a wide variety of delicious options. For dinner, the hotel is conveniently located right next to Ma Lu Qiao Food Street, where there are plenty of local restaurants to choose from. In terms of transportation, it's about 800 meters, or a 10-minute walk, to the Baoguo Temple stop at the tourist center. Overall, the hotel left a wonderful impression on me, and I look forward to another opportunity to visit Emei Mountain and stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts a great location, close to two of Leshan's famous food streets. There's a bus stop right outside, and if you turn right from the hotel and cross one traffic light, you'll find a plethora of delicious food options. Think Xu Po Po's Bobo Chicken and Mianmianbing (shaved ice), or Haihui's Shaomai – you'll have to try them yourself to truly appreciate them. The hotel's facilities are generally good, though the shower in the bathroom doesn't have a door, so water tends to flow out into the main area. The front desk staff was lovely; they proactively upgraded our room for free, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel also offers complimentary three meals a day, free bottled water, and the bathroom even thoughtfully provides toilet seat covers, toiletries, and disposable slippers. There's an underground parking garage, it's not huge, but during the off-season, parking is easy. The two security guards were incredibly dedicated and responsible, not only guiding us to a parking spot but also helping with directions and even placing traffic cones after we parked to prevent any damage to our vehicle. All in all, it's a pretty good hotel.

XxiaojingWe booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy.

XXiaofeilongThe location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the food street. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped and clean, and the hot water temperature and pressure were both excellent. The main drawbacks are the lack of an elevator and a slightly confusing internal layout. The staircases connecting the 1st to 2nd floor, and then from the 2nd to the 3rd-5th floors, are not continuous; you have to walk across the entire second floor to reach the next flight. This makes it particularly challenging for guests with heavy luggage. Additionally, the inn doesn't have its own parking, so guests need to find nearby parking, but they do reimburse parking fees.
