The hotel was excellent, and a special thank you to Ms. Wu Yingge for her exceptional patience in coordinating the room arrangements and helping us find our ideal room, which was especially important for us traveling with our parents during the holidays! The hotel is new, the room was very clean, and it even had an air purifier. The breakfast was also great, and we could see Sayram Lake from the window. We were very satisfied!

The hotel is luxuriously decorated and the atmosphere is high-grade. The service is very good at the moment you get off the bus. The front desk lady is also very patient to explain. The hotel has complete supporting facilities. When the room is boring, it is also equipped with an open-air swimming pool and chess and card room. The atmosphere is directly full. The breakfast is exquisite and nutritious. Come to Bolexuan and stay at Wanda Shuhua Hotel 👍👍👍

The hotel boasts a prime location, just minutes' drive from the scenic area. The surrounding area offers excellent amenities and a wide variety of dining options. The hotel's decor is simple yet stylish. Customer service was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy – just a facial scan was all it took to open the door. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. The bedding was comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet. They even provided complimentary fruit, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The coffee was excellent, made with rich and creamy milk. Overall, this stay was fantastic!

The room was spacious and decent, though the view from the window was just average. The hotel is a bit far from Sayram Lake scenic area and the city center. Breakfast was okay, but the black pepper sausages were delicious. The biggest highlight was the afternoon tea. The setting was beautiful and perfect for photos, and you could even try on ethnic costumes. The tea and pastries were very tasty, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. Plus, you could enjoy it until 10:30 PM.

The hotel is located within their commercial district, and we initially had trouble finding it, but the front desk lady was very kind and came to pick us up. There's a huge parking lot at the entrance, and parking in the commercial district is also free. We checked in in the afternoon, and since it was quite late, the check-in process was very quick. When we entered the room, our eyes really lit up – it was pretty much as we expected! The hygiene was also very good, and there's even a photo-op spot on the second floor! It's fantastic~

For our wedding anniversary, we chose this hotel with a unique ethnic character. The front desk staff's traditional costumes were stunning, and the welcome dance was lively but not noisy. Our butler was like a friend throughout our stay, helping us book restaurants, decorate our room, and even sending champagne. Among the cultural and creative souvenirs, there was a pair of intangible cultural heritage embroidered coasters, which we bought as a memento. Every time we use them, we're reminded of that night's welcome dance and our butler's smiling face.

Facilities: The hotel's hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo were all of good quality. They provided a travel-sized pair of toothbrushes and enough toothpaste for half a month. The drinking cups were individually wrapped in plastic, making them convenient to take on the road. The attention to detail in the amenities for travelers was impressive. Right in the hotel lobby, there's a self-service machine to buy Sayram Lake tickets. The hotel is located just behind the Old East Gate, and it's very convenient to drive to the New East Gate area for dining. After staying a few days, I no longer needed navigation to get to and from the lake for meals. Room: The duplex room had two bathrooms, one on each floor. The bedding was excellent, and I slept very comfortably with the two types of pillows provided. On the fourth floor, there's a platform that gets plenty of sunlight and is very quiet, offering lake views. The laundry room on the basement level had relatively new and clean ironing facilities. The hotel also has a campsite within the 'Dianjiangtai' area. I even borrowed the hotel's kettle to make coffee and watch the sunset by the lake, which was very satisfying. In July, during Xinjiang's peak season, hotels are fully booked. Many hotels priced between 1500-2000 on Ctrip often receive average reviews for their accommodation experience. This hotel was recommended by Ctrip's itinerary planner, Yan Yan, and I personally feel that the amenities are five-star+ with a great personalized butler service experience. The yogurt at the hotel breakfast was delicious!

This is a fantastic new hotel, just a few minutes' drive from the east gate of Sayram Lake. The underfloor heating was wonderfully warm, and the facilities were comprehensive. Parking was convenient, and they even thoughtfully provided earplugs for light sleepers. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich – many hotels around Sayram Lake don't even offer breakfast, and this one was still reasonably priced!
