Great
GGuest UserWe received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service.
The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty.
The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement.
The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner.
The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs.
There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.
GGuest UserWe had a nice and comfortable stay!
The breakfast had a lot of choices and were all grand.
The only downside is that they don’t have a complimentary water.
CCathyyC.their check in and check out processes are speedy and fluent. the breakfast area is so comfy and the staff there are so nice. the hotel is around 5 minutes walk to train station that’s very convenient for us. they provide discount vouchers to use in the restaurant as well if you skip cleaning service which is an extra to us. it’s overall a great experience staying in this hotel!
GGuest UserA hotel with a good location and a fashionable feeling in front of the station. It was good to have a sauna that can even take an outside air bath on the terrace. I happened to be able to stay at a cheap price, so I'm satisfied, but I think it's a little expensive at a normal price ... Well, Germany itself is expensive, so it can't be helped.

MMinachi-This hotel is super close, only about a 5-minute walk from Munich Central Station. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's very well-maintained and clean. For a Japanese person, the room felt incredibly spacious and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.
PPrajwal PisalMy stay at Plaza Premium was fantastic. The room was beautifully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to different tastes. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
GGuest UserThe reception was indifferent and unfriendly. When booking, I specified the need for latex pillows and an extra luggage rack in the special requests section, but neither was provided upon check-in. The concierge's service was better. At check-out, I requested the frontdesk to help with my luggage, but no one came to assist. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also poorly attended to; the service was lukewarm and indifferent, perhaps due to the restaurant's high demand. The food quality was mediocre and did not live up to the website's claim of being the top restaurant in Munich. The Deluxe Room we booked online was advertised as 35-38 square meters, but the actual room was much smaller than expected. In short, aside from the location, everything else fell short of expectations, earning only a mediocre rating. I would likely not stay there again or recommend it to friends; perhaps my expectations were too high, leading to greater disappointment.
\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
TtorinessVery close location for access to and from central Munich bus and train station. Also it was very easy to walk to museums, galleries and old town from the hotel. Immediate area around the hotel is as you would expect being so close to a central location - it's a bit grimy but honestly we didn't feel unsafe. The hotel room was a decent size and very clean. There was an electric kettle but no coffee and no cups to use - for the room rate I think these should be included. Staff at the hotel were really lovely - the lady at reception lent us her personal umbrella for the day when it was raining. Hotel also has it's own beer brewed downstairs which is excellent 👌🏻
