Amazing
AAnonymous UserWe took an express bus from Osaka to Arima Onsen Station. Upon arrival, the hotel shuttle was conveniently waiting right next to the station to take us to the hotel. The hotel is nestled halfway up the mountain, offering a very comfortable environment. Both the outdoor and indoor public baths feature the famous Kinsen (golden) and Ginsen (silver) hot springs. The hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast spread was abundant. We also pre-booked the Japanese-style dinner, which was delicious and highly recommended.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at La Suite Kobe Harborland. Great Balcony views. No restaurants for breakfast but Room service breakfast delivery including every morning. Staff was very attentive as is standard in Japan. Rained on the day we left making cabs harder to get and staff pulled out a minivan and drove us to the Shin Kobe station to get our train on time. Enjoyed the restaurant and giant showers. Very close to harbor and short walk from Center street. Enjoyed our stay and great service.
GGuest UserTravel with family- kids and parents. The location is excellent, right next to the bus stop ( 1 min. Walk). easy to get around the little shopping street without much walking. 711 is right cross the street from the hotel. Staff are nice here, and helpful.
The hot springs are good enough. Nothing fancy, not too big. Three hot springs - gold, silver. One outdoor hot spring.
There are some activities - music, and performance during the night right next to the hotel. The hotel is next to the road, but you can’t hear anything outside. Very quiet and relaxing.
Overall, good price for what you get.

Amazing
GGuest UserThe high-end hotel that has the longest history in Kobe. It is above a free museum about Kobe. It was very luxurious, and had a wonderful restaurant for Kobe beef, but don't forget to reserve online. All rooms face a certain direction toward the mountains, but not toward the water.
During our stay, the gym was not available. And the location is surrounded by luxury brands, not by the station or markets for food.
AAmberོThis is my second visit. Both breakfast and dinner were exquisite traditional Japanese Kaiseki cuisine. The hot springs (onsen) were a definite highlight, featuring both the unique 'Golden Spring' (Kinsen) and 'Silver Spring' (Ginsen). The ambiance was very pleasant, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I'll certainly be returning and will highly recommend it to all my friends.

Llljjpp****The main purpose of this trip is to come here to soak in the hot springs. I stayed here for 3 days and felt very good.
The small town of Arima is full of bathing hotels. When walking around Arima town, it seems that there are not many Chinese tourists, and most of them are Japanese tourists on weekends. The hotel where I stayed was very quiet because children were not welcome and children under 12 years old were not allowed to stay.
In particular, I would like to talk about the service of this hotel.
The first is the catering. They will make various adjustments to your three-day meal. Although they are all set meals, they will make different combinations of various ingredients. The only drawback is that the dinner is too large.
Let's talk about the service. It should be first-class. When you walk into the hotel, someone will take the initiative to take your luggage. When you check in, your luggage has been sent to the guest room. When you arrive at the front desk, After verifying your identity, a service lady will take you to the guest room, and then carefully introduce you to various service facilities and everything you need to know.
The hotel's cleaning is also very unique. Daily cleaning is carried out by a service lady who leads all the cleaning staff. The cleaning staff have their own division of labor. They clean the floor, make the beds, tidy the bathroom, and organize tea sets and food. It is operated by different people to ensure that people doing hygiene will not touch the tea sets and food.
Let’s also talk about the language. Although there are no Chinese-speaking staff in the hotel, with the translation software and the staff’s serious and enthusiastic service attitude, there is no obstacle.
The biggest emotion is that there are not many people here during the Spring Festival, so I really enjoy it

__M1580531****This is quite a traditional onsen hotel, featuring both 'Gold' and 'Silver' springs. Our one-night stay for five people, including two meals, cost a total of 5000 RMB, and we were quite happy with the value. Upon arriving at Arima Station by bus, you can call the hotel for a pick-up service. Check-in is at 3 PM, leaving plenty of time to explore the small town afterwards, but be aware that most shops close by 5 PM. The Kaiseki dinner wasn't particularly impressive, but it was definitely filling.

Great
TTrip LOVERssThe room was spacious and comfortable, providing a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The onsen facilities, along with the provided Japanese bath suits and slippers, added a delightful touch to the experience.
The breakfast buffet featured a variety of healthy Japanese options, which I found both satisfying and nourishing. Additionally, the view of Kobe Tower from my room was a charming highlight.
The hotel's design reflects a refined minimalistic luxury, creating an elegant and calming environment. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and traditional Japanese hospitality.
GGuest UserA very good Glamping experience, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were cooked by the staff in the room, and we enjoyed them in our room facing the beautiful view. Alcoholic drinks were also provided free of charge! Unfortunately we arrived too late and missed some activities. If I have the chance, I will definitely come again!
AAsharonThe homestay is located near Xiwuzi Station. There are many foods around. Just by the sea, you can see the Akashihai Bridge. At night, the bridge is lit with lights, and the waves are heard during the day. The environment is good. The staff is also very good at serving. It is a group of young people who will help with luggage. Very lucky that night, the room was alone, otherwise it might be a bit crowded. The room will have a little taste.
