GGuest UserHotel location is very good from the city, but quiet, travel is very convenient, not far from the Shinkansen. The room was cleaned very clean, the facilities were very good, there was a large hot spring bathtub very special, the front desk service was very good, the ticket speed was very fast, and the overall satisfaction was very satisfactory.

GGuest UserThe room is large and well-equipped. The gold bath in the room is a little small, but the public bath is OK. It is very comfortable with few people. The hotel's kaiseki cuisine is very unique.

FFunny YanHotel Room: We chose a Japanese-style room, which was spacious, heated, and had a separate wet and dry area. Overall, it was very clean.
Hotel Onsen: A very pleasant experience. The open-air baths were separate for men and women, with ample space to relax. Towels, hairdryers, and toiletries were provided.
Hotel Service: Every staff member was happy to assist us. Traveling with children, the restaurant service was particularly attentive, and the staff were friendly.

AAnonymous UserA truly perfect hotel! I had expected it to be a bit old, but it wasn't at all. There are 8 private onsen (hot springs) available for booking, each with its own unique charm and fantastic views. It was incredibly relaxing! They even provide kimonos for guests to wear and take photos, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch.

SsummerVery satisfied with this quiet and clean hotel. I'll definitely book again next time. I also understand the hotel's restriction on children under 12; it's so quiet I didn't want to leave. Ambiance: Quiet. Service: Attentive. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, with a great design.

GGuest UserChorakuen Ryokan is a truly traditional Japanese inn, with all rooms featuring tatami mat flooring. The ryokan boasts excellent onsen baths, and both the Kinsen (Gold Spring) and Ginsen (Silver Spring) were a delight to soak in. They also provide Chinese-speaking staff, and every employee was incredibly polite, always greeting guests with a bow. The kaiseki dinner we had ordered was absolutely delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience!

LLI66We stayed at Negiya Ryofukaku in Arima Onsen during the maple leaf season, opting for the West Wing's deluxe Japanese-Western mixed room with a mountain view. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making us feel truly comfortable. Looking out the window, the mountain was ablaze with vibrant red maple leaves, like a flowing oil painting—the scenery far exceeded our expectations. Upon check-out, the hotel even thoughtfully arranged a car to take us to Arima Station, which was incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserA heartwarming and thoughtful mountain hotel experience.
This hotel stay completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt a deep sense of genuine hospitality – there was a dedicated shuttle service directly from the station to the hotel, saving me the hassle of dragging my luggage around.
The next day, I planned to explore the hot spring town at the foot of the mountain. The hotel proactively offered to store my luggage and deliver it to the station at the bottom of the mountain at the agreed time, completely freeing up my hands. The food was surprisingly delicious, with fresh ingredients and thoughtful pairings. The room was clean and comfortable, meticulously cleaned daily, and the common areas were also spotless.
The service throughout was attentive yet unobtrusive. From the shuttle arrangements to the luggage storage, everything was efficient and heartwarming. It's truly perfect for travelers planning a hot spring trip. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit.

GGuest UserThe husband fell ill on the second night, but he was saved by asking me to bring breakfast to the room. When my husband was resting in the room, I was out so that I wouldn't disturb him, but I used it because there was a sofa and reading space in the hotel. It was very good. I want to ask you again.
PPak Chuen PatrickOnce in a lifetime experience for me and my wife to see the spectacular views from our room both at night and in the morning. Also, the glamping facilties are top notch. Yuna and Yuki guided us step by step on how to prepare our dinner and breakfast. They are kind and we fully enjoy the process.
We love the place and the people from Nature Live. Strongly recommended indeed!
