The hotel service is really good. I called the front desk four or five times a day and patiently solved it. I had to solve the quilt and the sink. I also helped us upgrade the room and sent a fruit plate. The soundproofing is also very good. The room is also very large and clean.

物超所值！在北京中心地段，交通方便但安靜，在一個居民區裏。房間設施很新，熱水上水快，浴巾、毛巾和水杯都是一次性的。
兩個亮點：
1.前台設有自熱早餐，15塊錢一份。旁邊的微波爐可以加熱。有饅頭、包子、腸仔包，粥等。加熱好也是在原包裝裏。吃太急忘拍照了😂。對於早起外出的人特別友好，免去了冬天外賣易灑易涼的麻煩和外賣小哥的辛苦。
2.枕頭特別舒服😌，是記憶枕，脖子的高度剛剛好。這是唯一一家讓我脖子舒服的酒店😄以前住了幾百家酒店都是那種很鼓的鴨絨枕，脖子很難受。
下次來北京，附近還會住這家👍

The hotel is not bad, relatively clean and tidy, very close to the subway station, basically within 5 minutes to the subway station, very convenient.
The waiter is also very enthusiastic and the service is warm and thoughtful.
The small snacks and drinks in the room are especially popular with children. The net red bookshelf in the lobby on the first floor is very beautiful. The overall price/performance ratio of the hotel is not bad.

The hotel is not big, with two floors, but it is very new, has good hardware and good service.
Whether it is 3M earplugs or Dyson hair dryers, whether they are used or not, the hotel has thought of them in advance and provides the best.
Special mention should be made to the staff. Everyone is professional, considerate and meticulous. Having stayed in so many hotels, the service at this hotel is definitely the best in the country.
Everything in the room is free, snacks and drinks are free, including Paris sparkling water, Evian and so on. The main theme is an atmosphere.
Breakfast is a per-person set meal, which is beautifully matched. I forgot to take pictures. It is quite good and worth trying.

GGuest UserThe butler in the store is very enthusiastic, and will take the initiative to ask various needs, and will try to meet the needs of the children. This is the warm place of this homestay, and I always feel the warmth. I ordered dinner at the homestay, and I feel delicious and at home. It's not like the taste of 9 restaurants outside, but more like the taste of home. The taste is very good. It rained a little when we checked in. It's so comfortable to sit in a daze in the backyard after the rain, and the third floor A random shot of the sky mirror will give you a sense of instant vision of a blockbuster, and the children are crazy about it. The room facilities are also good, the only downside is that the sound insulation is not very good, but because there are welcome white fungus soup and good night milk, these can be ignored. The most regrettable thing is that there is no water in the swimming pool because of the temperature problem. If there is a swimming pool, the children will be happier. Overall I commented that this is a very warm hotel, and I will choose it in the future.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

Very friendly customer service even we want to take a taxi we have no app to order taxi the customer service help us to go out to the main road and help us stop a taxi and get us to airport. When ask them to help they also manage to help.

MMe麦I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its excellent location, close to various attractions. While the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. One unique feature was the meal delivery robot that brought food right to my doorstep, although I wished it came with a notification system. Overall, a pleasant stay with convenient amenities.

HHannahAmazing apartment with plenty of room for relaxing and great staff and services. Staffs are very willing to help and friendly, especially Xia who had helped us to book our tours and solve some of our problems. It is close to subway ( about 8 minutes walk) and conveniently located within walking distance to a few well known eateries.
The only small problem is that our apartment located just above some empty stores that are undergoing renovation so from 8am to 6pm everyday there's banging and construction noises. This brings dusts everywhere and I recommend the cleaners to not just vacuum the rooms but also mop the floors as well to remove all dusts collected during the constructions.

We loved the thoughtful and personalized anniversary decor on the bed, cards and bubbles. A special thank you to Paolo and the team. The delicious and decadent cake we ordered from the bakery was absolutely delicious. All the staff were professional, friendly and made our experience phenomenal. The afternoon tea, cocktails and light dinner at the club were delectable and so enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another awesome staycation at The Regent.

HHoeThe service provided by the check in staff - didn’t catch his name - on shift on 1 April ard 5.45pm was impeccable! ( short hair, round face with specs at the front desk - right side ) would like to commend him on his attentiveness, politeness which made us feel very welcomed.
I also want to give special thanks to the concierge trainee Mia Su who helped me twice on 2nd April with my cardboard box of purchased items, help carry the box/ and also help talk to my didi driver on the right terminal to go to. She was polite, helpful and professional.
The mister attendant at the front of the hotel was very helpful w our heavy suitcases and carton box full of Beijing specialty goods on 2 April 4.45pm when we were leaving for the airport

BBernie123The room is decent size for the price and it is well distributed. The closet is just a hanger for like 4 or 5 garments so beware. Bathroom unfortunately was a bit smelly. Bed was comfortable. I did not like the included breakfast because it’s actually a bag they leave outside the door every morning with the same menu everyday and did not like all the items. I will try a different hotel in my next visit to Beijing.
