The cleanliness of the accommodation was so-so.
Room cleaning was done around 6 PM, even though I was on the 17th floor.
...

There wasn't much to eat for breakfast, but the stir-fried sweet potato stems and kimchi were delicious. They were great for settling a queasy stomach. I made bibimbap with the sweet potato stems and the kimchi soup was also tasty. The seaweed soup on some days had a surprisingly deep and rich flavor.

The pool is small but decent for playing, and the beach is great. It's shallow with no waves, and I lost track of time admiring the coral and fish in the water.

All the staff were friendly.

Is it true that there are really no tourists in Guam? It's incredibly quiet.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in with us throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The hotel itself had a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Its convenient location was a huge plus, offering easy access to lively areas for sightseeing and shopping. Having a bus stop nearby also made public transportation very accessible. Overall, considering the excellent staff, prime location, and ease of access, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely want to return.

My stay here was absolutely delightful. The hotel boasts a luxurious and elegant environment. The room was spacious, spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and it was wonderfully quiet throughout my stay. The staff were all incredibly warm and professional, from the front desk during check-in to the concierge and room service – everyone was attentive and made me feel right at home.

The hotel's wellness facilities are also excellent, with a rooftop gym, pool, spa, sauna, and jacuzzi – everything you need to relax and unwind. I had to catch an early flight this time, so I didn't book breakfast, but I'll definitely try it next time if my schedule allows.

The room is sealed and has no windows. The 3-bedroom apartment is actually a 2-bedroom apartment. 4 people live in it and only 2 people have toiletries.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation was spacious, modern, and perfect for families or groups. The villa was spread across two stories and featured three bedrooms—two on the ground floor (one with traditional tatami flooring and one with a queen-sized bed) and another queen-sized bedroom on the upper floor. Each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, which made our stay very comfortable.

The villa was also well-equipped with a washer-dryer, a fully functional kitchen, a microwave, and a large refrigerator, making it ideal for longer stays or anyone who prefers preparing their own meals.

The only downside was the location. It is a little further from the main Lake Toya area where most of the restaurants and other hotels are located. The nearest convenience store is also about a 15-minute drive away, so it's a good idea to stock up on groceries and essentials before checking in.

Overall, it's a fantastic choice if you're looking for a peaceful, spacious, and well-equipped stay, especially if you're driving.
