The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it offers better value for money than hotels in the downtown area. There's a subway station nearby, which makes it convenient to visit various attractions. Alternatively, you can download a Korean ride-hailing app to instantly call a taxi or book a ride. Since there were five of us, taking taxis wasn't cost-effective, so we often booked a 6-seater car half an hour in advance through the app, which was very convenient! There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the front desk staff also spoke English. The room was clean and comfortable. Although not huge, it was quite spacious compared to hotels near Myeongdong in Korea, with plenty of room to move around! The water temperature was perfect, and we really loved the hotel's shampoo and conditioner; our hair felt incredibly soft and smooth after using them – we'd love to know what brand they are! Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Although the hotel is small, it has all the amenities, and the location is excellent, right in the center of Jeju City, only a 10-minute drive from the airport. I'd like to commend their breakfast; although the variety isn't huge, it's very tasty and satisfying, especially for Chinese palates. The front desk manager speaks Chinese, so communication is easy. Even though a small issue arose, it was resolved smoothly. The room size is typical for this price range with no specific view, but it does have a window. If you're out exploring all day and not spending much time in the hotel, the price is definitely a great value.

Terrible service for the reception staff named ***** *** if I had not miss spelled it. She was very rude and impatient when I asked her for card renewal. She used “You don’t understand…” “You must…” ( with horrible facial expressions). Don’t understand how the hotel manager selected and trained this stuff. She lacks the basic sense of being sincere and helpful. I can tell directly if this person is sincerely care about others or treat people differently in public or private( between me and her). Other people I met in Korean are warm and loving except for this lady. She ruined my day. She ruined my perfect impression of Daejeon. Hope she will be treated the exact same way when she is travelling and I definitely don’t want to see her or talk to her again. Lastly, apologise for my unpleasant review to the rest staff working in the hotel who are really kind and supportive!
