This hot springs resort on the far side of Suzhou from Shanghai depicts itself honestly in the photos...and they were very kid friendly. My children had a great time in the various pools and the restaurant/lobby staff were very accommodating. I have already recommended this place to two friends with small children. The hot springs aren't open until the afternoon though, so you won't get a dip in the morning before you check out. I'd recommend getting to the hotel close to check-in time or a little before to maximize time enjoying the pools. The breakfast was big, but mostly Chinese dishes.
The area around the hotel has an eco village but it is mostly vendors and roads with cars and bikes flying past...a safety concern when traveling with kids. We didn't get a great feeling of nature here, although we did find one pathway up the nearby mountain which was fun.

When we first arrived at your hotel, the young man and the young lady at the front desk were very friendly and served us tea, helped us with our luggage, and pushed our wheelchairs, making us feel at home. The cultural atmosphere is everywhere in the store. The calligraphy and paintings on the wall and the books on the bookshelf make people immersed in it. The decoration of the guest rooms is unique and the rich cultural heritage makes people admire it! On the 4th floor where we stayed, the cleaner Ma Hongxiu was warm and thoughtful, meticulous, and made people feel comfortable. She deserves praise.

Xucheng Building is as good as ever. When I stayed in a family room with my child, the front desk provided them with a children's toiletries bag, a rubbing paper, and welcome fruit. The best part is that they have a TV membership, so the children can watch cartoons as much as they want. The transportation location is right outside Exit 1 of Sanxiang Square, making it convenient to go anywhere, and taking a taxi is not expensive. I recommend their Aozao noodles and Xucheng mooncakes.

I made a last-minute decision and chose Book Realm (Shuxiang Shijia), mainly because it's only 2km in a straight line from Jinji Lake, so getting in and out is easy with no traffic jams. Parking is convenient, and the hotel is located within a park with three slow charging stations right at the entrance. In the lobby, they have a Guqin, Go, and Chinese Chess for guests to relax with, and they offer chrysanthemum and black tea, as well as exclusive souvenirs from the Suzhou Museum. The front desk staff were very attentive, providing welcome fruits upon check-in, and there's a laundry room on the 6th floor. The attention to detail is impressive, and the room isn't small, even featuring a small table with two chairs. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning was a bit old and noisy. Overall, excellent value for money! Highly recommended!

If you are looking for a good hotel for a good price, this is the right place. 4 star hotel with 4 star service at a good price. The bed was comfortable and the room very big, with even a sofa and a small ''living room'' place. If you are in Suzhou for visiting the city center and the touristic spots, this hotel is  located too far from those, and even the subway station is not very close (800m), it took at least 30 minutes to reach the main city attractions.

The hotel is very good! The room is very clean and the facilities are very new. It is the best hotel in the industrial park. The room rate is a bit high, but the service is also very good! There are many types of breakfast! It is right to choose it!

The hotel I chose when traveling with friends to Hangzhou is surrounded by a well-developed subway and bus network, and it is easy to reach popular attractions such as the West Lake and Hefang Street. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, it can save a lot of commuting time. The hotel has its own parking lot, and parking is also very convenient. From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. The receptionist at the front desk is friendly with a smile, and the check-in process is efficient and smooth; the room service is meticulous, whether it is midnight snack delivery or luggage storage, it can respond to needs quickly, and truly make ”guests feel at home”. The overall hygiene of the room is excellent, the bedding is as white as new, and it is changed for each guest, which makes people feel at ease; the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, without water stains and odors, and the quality is reflected in the details. The service attitude of the front desk guy Xiao Cai is very friendly. When checking in, he took the initiative to ask about the room arrangement requirements, and introduced the surrounding travel and midnight snacks. I forgot to bring the charger when I went out, and he took the initiative to lend me his charger. If there is a need, he will help solve the problem as soon as possible, and I will recommend friends and family to stay

The price is right, breakfast is included, it is close to the subway entrance, there are free fruits when you check in, and there is free Coke and Sprite in the refrigerator. It is better than staying in a loft apar**ent by the river. Several families have to stay in hotels when they travel. The loft apar**ent has one room per floor, and you have to scan your face when you check in. There is no breakfast.

This was my fourth time staying at Muzhouke Hotel. This visit, just before the Qingming Festival, found the hotel remarkably quiet with very few guests. The overall ambiance remained consistent. However, the room's cleanliness was severely lacking this time. Upon entering, I was immediately hit by a strong smell of stale smoke. The bedsheets clearly hadn't been changed; I found hair from a previous guest, and they felt fuzzy/grimy to the touch. As soon as I lay down, I started itching and had an allergic reaction, which only subsided after I applied an anti-allergy patch. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, always greeting guests. The only redeeming quality was the excellent takeout food from the adjacent Yanzhoufu restaurant, which conveniently saved me the hassle of finding lunch elsewhere.

Midnight Canteen: The featured project Midnight Canteen is very popular. The noodles are delicious, the pickled cold cucumber tastes good, and the Tremella soup is also thick. There are not many dishes in two days, but there are changes. Service: The front desk service and the room aunt service are OK. The robot has worked hard. Haha. Environment: The distance is a little close to the East Station and the subway station, but it is a little far away. The facade is under renovation, and the sound insulation is a bit average, but it is OK overall. My sister said that the trip from Wuxi to Hangzhou was full of negative reviews since she got off the high-speed rail. The taxi refused to take her, the bus charged more money and was rotten, and the merchants had an arrogant attitude, but the hotel was the only point to praise on this trip.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near a subway entrance. The front desk is on the seventh floor. When I checked in, the concierge recommended the sour jujube seed 'good night' tea, which tasted great and helped with sleep. My room was upgraded, clean, hygienic, and the facilities were all quite new. The soundproofing was good, and the TV even had screen mirroring. Deji Plaza is right across the street, so you can go check out the '20 million restroom' there!

The room was spacious and in a great location, super close to the large shopping malls, subway, and Mingwalang in Xinjiekou. Confucius Temple and Zhan Garden are just a bike ride away, and it's very convenient to visit various attractions. The service was attentive and thoughtful; the room was cleaned daily and refreshed promptly. During the May Day holiday, they even thoughtfully provided snacks and fruit, which made me feel refreshed after a long day out!

The breakfast was quite varied and delicious, featuring Nanjing specialties like pork belly noodles, duck blood soup, and tofu pudding. It was clean and hygienic, much better than eating breakfast outside! The tea bags in the room were also quite good; I brewed a cup every day before going out to quench my thirst and cool down.

Highly recommended! My dad said he'd stay here again next time! They even gave us a small gift when we checked out 🎁
