Location:
The location is excellent — right in the heart of the Financial District. Super convenient if you're looking to explore lower Manhattan or have business nearby.

Facilities:
Facilities are quite basic. Don’t expect much beyond the essentials — the room only came with shower gel and shampoo. No frills, no extras.

Service:
Service leaves much to be desired. On two occasions, my room wasn’t made until around 6pm — despite me being out from 8am. It was frustrating to come back after a full day and have to wait in the lobby while housekeeping did their rounds. There’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to consistency and timing in room servicing.

Front Desk:
Hit or miss. Service ranged from great to below average depending on who was working. The standout was the gentleman who checked us in during the night — polite, efficient, and welcoming. Others... not quite the same experience.

Overall:
Great location, but very limited amenities and inconsistent service. Would only recommend if you're prioritizing location over comfort and service.

Located in Lower Manhattan, Trinity Church is right across the street. The Charging Bull, New York Stock Exchange, and World Trade Center are all just a 5-8 minute walk away. Castle Clinton, where you can catch the ferry to the Statue of Liberty, is a 15-minute walk. Public transportation is incredibly convenient, with the subway station just steps from the hotel. The hotel itself is clean. Despite its bustling downtown location, the immediate surroundings are surprisingly quiet. The room was a bit on the smaller side.

The hotel was exactly like the pictures. Clean, safe and enjoyable. I wish I stayed longer. I was only there for a day and flew out in the morning. I was given a queen bed accessible room instead of the original king bed room but it was still to my liking. 

They even had happy hour in the lobby from 3-5pm with wine and charcuterie. The front desk attendant was nice and suggested nearby restaurants.

The room is clean and sanitary, the service is very good, and the surrounding area has convenient transportation, which is very suitable for tourism and vacation.

The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk after getting off the subway. Overall, the interior and atmosphere of the hotel itself is pretty, but it was a bit disappointing that it took a while for the hot water to come out and there were no basic amenities such as disposable slippers and water.
Still, the hotel overall was pretty and clean, so it was much better than the old place in Manhattan.

The room facilities and design were great. However, what was truly baffling was that despite being a Ctrip order, and knowing full well that Ctrip customers pay through Ctrip, the hotel front desk still made me pay again. I ended up paying twice for a two-night stay. I initially thought it was a deposit, but there was no refund even after checking out. I contacted Ctrip, and they confirmed it was a hotel error. This is a huge rip-off – are they trying to take advantage of Chinese tourists? Doesn't the hotel know the payment status of Ctrip orders? What if I hadn't checked my bill? Would they have just overcharged me? Everyone needs to be careful! Chinese tourists are often easily scammed when traveling.

The hotel is in a very good location, at the entrance of Paddington station. I have personally tested that you can get on the train within 8 minutes. The surrounding environment is also relatively quiet. But the hotel space is relatively small and it is difficult to open a 28-inch suitcase.

The hotel's location is perfect,, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and the underground. We were pleased to receive a room with a fantastic view overlooking the square where the street performances were. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The wooden floor was quite sticky, and we could hear the sound of our sandals when walking. There was visible dirt on the drawer too which made us hesitant to unpack our belongings. Overall, while the location and view were excellent, the cleanliness could use significant improvement.

I booked a standard room, but was assigned a basement level. I later noticed a lot of reviews said basement levels. I don't know if this is discrimination or what. It's uncomfortable down there. Although there's a window, fresh air is trapped in the atrium, which is disgusting. There's also a bunch of trash in the atrium, which is disgusting. The basement hallway also has a smell that seems stuck and stuffy. I didn't go upstairs, so I don't know if there's any smell there. Every morning, I'm greeted by the stench, which ruins my fun. Oh, I did see a foreign guest staying in the basement level, but the price isn't cheap either. For 2,000+ a night, I'm not happy with the basement level!

Breakfast is cooked to order and is okay, but the sausages are terrible. There's no fresh vegetables in the buffet!

The wait staff are friendly and willing to chat. Overall, the service is quite good.

The location is good, close to the subway station, and convenient for Wimbledon.

The toiletries are comfortable and smell good, Indigo's global standard.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

I have to say, this hotel offers the most beautiful night view of Shanghai. The viewing angle is simply perfect; just head up to the 30th-floor bar and you'll understand. The hotel is located by the Huangpu River, at the southernmost point near the Shiliupu Wharf, closest to the river. Transportation is quite convenient; I recommend driving. You can park in the Shiliupu underground garage, although you can't directly access the hotel from there, but the hotel covers the parking fees. (A small tip: park in Zone C for the closest access; I parked in Zone B this time, which was a bit far). The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic, especially the front desk, who efficiently handled our check-in needs. Big thumbs up! The hotel's Christmas decorations look very warm and inviting. I'll definitely come again.

It was quite late when I arrived at the hotel, but Lucky at the front desk had such a warm smile, and Coco quickly handled my check-in, even arranging for a room upgrade. The room was comfortable and cozy, and much more spacious than I expected. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and I slept soundly until morning. The mini wontons for breakfast were an unexpected delight; they were warm and comforting. It's these thoughtful little details, more than luxurious decor, that really stick with you. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends and stay here again on my next visit. The hotel was already filled with Christmas spirit, which I loved! 💕

A great new option for a Dishui Lake getaway. It's a large hotel with two buildings, and the lakefront building offers a better view.
The rooms are large, with high ceilings and a fresh, clean style. The bedding is comfortable, and the lighting is well-designed. The balcony rooms are recommended. We booked a Deluxe Boutique Lake View Balcony Room, with windows on both sides, offering a stunning view of the lake. A chair on the balcony would have been even better. The private walk-in closet is large, with a bathtub and shower integrated, and a small balcony. However, some of the decor is a bit rough, with some glue delamination, and I'm not sure why the chairs have so many scratches.
The rooftop pool is large and heated.
Guests can enjoy a drink in the lobby bar. Welcome fruit is also available here.
The B2 parking lot is exclusively for hotel guests, with an elevator directly to the lobby, and the directions are clear.
Breakfast includes a noodle stand and an egg stand, but the selection is limited. The lamb chops were a surprise, but other than that, the options are limited, and the non-vegetarian options are a bit too typical. Having just opened, it's clear the management is taking it seriously. Management is constantly patrolling every area, and all the staff are enthusiastic and hardworking, including the housekeepers, restaurant staff, front desk staff, lobby staff, and the staff on the guest rooms floor.

The weekday prices are very good value, but you'll have to pay a premium during holidays.
