Hotel Exe Plaza is a decent choice for a Madrid stay, conveniently situated about 20–30 minutes from the city center and Atocha Station. The hotel’m is sitting literally on top of a subway station and bus terminal, with quick dining options like McDonald’s, Taco Bell, and Popeyes nearby. We were grateful they allowed us to check in early, and the breakfast offered a nice variety with hot dishes that rotated every few days. 

The only minor drawback is the lack of a standard supermarket nearby. While there is a Carrefour City in the bus terminal, it tends to be rather expensive. Overall, it is a well-connected and reliable base for exploring the city.

The hotel is overall is absolutely amazing. Staff 10/10, service 10/10. It's just I travelled alone, the room I had was single occupancy, bit overrated and the guest next door was loud. Means I can hear each and every noise from next door. Disturbed my sleep many times can even hear when someone is walking next door. Didn't get much peace in room. Just because the guest next door. Got up every morning with bit of headaches. Buy surroundings are amazing, nice restaurant and shops are really handy. Near the city centre and the easy access for the metro and the way to the airport. Loved everything about Exe Moncloa

The hotel was generally fine but had some issues. The parking lot behind the hotel is difficult to access; you park there, ring the bell, and enter, but you can't get out and have to walk all the way around. The shower gel ran out in our room (they should replenish it before each guest). I told the cleaning lady, and she said if we returned to the room, it would be empty. There were three of us in the room, and there was only a double pillow for two. The first day there was an ice pack for all three of us, but the second day they only replenished one for two. These are unacceptable shortcomings for a four-star hotel.

Very nice hotel! Super friendly, customer-friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Nice room with good bed. And, very important to me, very quiet: no noise pollution from outside or from the other rooms! Also great: no music anywhere, not at the reception and not in the breakfast room. 
A bit far from the city, but bus 161 stops in front of the door (buy a public transport card from a machine in a station and load 10 journeys on it. NB in ​​Madrid you do not pay per distance/time, but per journey and transfers are often necessary). 
A few points for improvement: 
- the restaurant turned out not to be open for lunch and dinner in the winter season, which was not mentioned when buying a room. Not neat. Room service with very limited and quite expensive options. Disappointing. 
- the fruit at breakfast was not ripe so not edible. 
- the older receptionist at check-out was rude. Answered a phone call and while talking to the other person he arranged my business. He said nothing to me. A letdown because the real receptionists were so friendly and polite.
All in all a hotel I will definitely return to: very customer friendly and quiet!

It's hard to find such an affordable hotel in Madrid, especially since you can enjoy a variety of delicious breakfasts, including churros, ham, cheese, risotto, and Spanish omlet.

L'albergo è in un posizione ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Gran Via, poco sopra ci sono due supermercati (di stampo orientale) nel caso servisse qualcosa è facilmente alla portata e a pochi metri diversi ristoranti, oltre che se siete fan come me, diversi negozi ”otaku”.
La camera è di buone dimensioni, con frigo e fornello a induzioni, bisogna richiedere il bollitore elettrico e il personale molto gentilmente te lo fornirà, ho soggiornato al quinto piano non ho sentito nessun tipo di rumore durante la notte nonostante la vicinanza al centro, per quanto riguarda l'insonorizzazione corridoio/camere non è al massimo ma comunque va bene.
Mi sono trovato bene, ringrazio lo staff e la struttura.

The hotel's policies need improvement, and they should provide services befitting a 4-star hotel. Initially, the reception staff were friendly, and the Spanish people were very kind, but the hotel's services need improvement. I called reception and asked why they hadn't provided water in my room, as is standard in 4-star hotels. They told me there was water in the refrigerator that I could drink. However, when it was time to check out, they told me I had to pay for the water. I pointed out that they were the ones who told me to drink it, and they replied, ”No, we told you there was water in the refrigerator!” Furthermore, slippers weren't provided in the room, and neither coffee nor tea was available. Honestly, the hotel's policies are very poor, and I don't plan on returning.

First off, there's a supermarket right next to the hotel, and public transport is super convenient with a metro and bus station less than 200m away. The front desk staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and tidy. I especially loved the balcony!

The hotel is in the very center, there is a market nearby, a historical building, a walking street right there...
Everything is within walking distance.
Breakfasts are good, everything is delicious!
Room cleaning every day, clean!
Reception 24/7, which is good for late arrivals!

The facilities are perfect; the family room is very spacious and comfortable for families. It's clean and tidy. The hotel environment is beautiful. The front desk service is excellent, and check-in was quite fast. The hotel's surroundings are lovely, and it's not far from the attractions—the Metropol Parasol is just a 10-15 minute walk away. This is the most spacious, comfortable, and beautiful hotel we've stayed in during our trip. The slow pace of Seville can be leisurely enjoyed here for a few days; I absolutely love this 'Orange City'.

The room was great. I booked a hotel near Real Betis Stadium, and the room was very clean and tidy. It's right next to the stadium, and only a 10-minute drive to the city center. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke fluent English. I would definitely book here again next time.

A great hotel relative to price/quality. Excellent staff.
The only shortcoming that was was a terrible cafe where breakfast was: sticky tables, dirty villas, shaved floors, unclean chairs and all of this kind. The choice of food is minimal. As a result, I went to breakfast in the supermarket, which is in the nearby building - I highly recommend it! In other words, it is possible to save and not take breakfast TK to go there still ugly, and breakfast in the comfortable and clean zone of the supermarket - there are microwaves.
