This hotel is perfect for a layover. The lobby is spotless and clutter-free, and the staff are friendly and helpful, answering all questions. Check-in was quick, so no long queues, and the lounge chairs in the waiting area are comfortable, making the wait for the next leg of my journey very pleasant.

We specifically booked a family-themed room, hoping for more local Xinjiang features, but it was more of a standard business room.

However, we were still very satisfied: the room was spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the two beds, one large and one small, placed together, were very cozy. It was relaxing to stay with the kids. The bathroom showerhead had great water pressure and a wide coverage area, making showering comfortable. I especially want to praise the one-button call function by the bedside – it's not just for show! When we went downstairs to buy things, the kids needed towels and water in the room, and we could simply call the front desk with one button, and they brought them up immediately. It was so much more convenient than making a phone call, and so practical! 👍 The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, and the Xinjiang food was very well prepared with a good selection. The kids enjoyed their meal, and overall we were very satisfied. We would definitely choose this place again next time.

The overall experience exceeded expectations! The big bed room is good and cleaned. The front desk service is professional and friendly, check-in and check-out are efficient, and the communication is very smooth. The pick-up station will confirm by phone in advance, pick-up and drop-off on time, saving the trouble of taking a taxi. The buffet breakfast is rich in choice, fresh and delicious, and you can live in peace of mind and worry. You will give priority to this hotel next time!
