非常非常乾淨，因為提早抵達民宿，還沒整理完，不過說可以先讓我們放行李，走進客廳時工作人員正在拖地，放好食物和行李要離開時，聽到其中一位和另一位小聲地說再拖一次（地板），很讚美他的細心。寵物友善的部分也十分讓人讚許，會收300元的寵物清潔費用，可以在屋子裡自由跑跑跳跳。

The hostess was so kind. We arrived late after work due to heavy traffic, and since the housekeeper had left work early, she came to wait for us. Since there wasn't much to eat nearby that night, she even prepared something for us. It was so touching! The mountain roads are a bit tricky to navigate, but the environment is quiet, making for a good night's sleep. The room is beautiful, and you can watch Netflix on the TV! The breakfast at the B&B is delicious, so I recommend choosing the one that includes breakfast.

This guesthouse is perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle. With a beautiful stream right next door, it's ideal for enjoying water activities and barbecuing (you can bring your own BBQ gear). The scenery is absolutely stunning. The hostess is incredibly warm and thoughtful! I highly recommend visiting this guesthouse.

This was my second stay and I still love how relaxing it is. The location is convenient with many restaurants nearby, plus a large PX Mart (supermarket). The breakfast buffet was decent, and the parking lot is big and easy to use!

The service was impeccable. However, two points could be improved upon: 1) The hot water in the shower was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. 2) We had to walk a fair distance to get breakfast. It would be a significant improvement if breakfast delivery to the hotel were an option.

It is recommended to contact the owner first at Shengxing Station. The location of the homestay is not very easy to find. There is a fork. The road in the parking lot is different from the road in the homestay. You can ask the owner to guide you, otherwise we will drive to the super narrow one-way street. It makes people a little unhappy at the beginning. ☹️ Only Shengxing Old Street and Longteng Broken Bridge are nearby, but because we come on weekdays, there are no vendors open, go out to eat at night, only the road back to the hotel will have street lights at the turn, drive very carefully and focus The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window, the cleanliness is OK, there is dust under the cabinet, the bed is as hard as tatami, you can do yoga on the bed, sleep until your body is sore, Mr. Skin is sensitive and the whole body is itchy, you can only nest on the sofa all night, very hard ⋯ Looking forward to breakfast, there are fruit plates, jelly, garlic toast, taro chicken ball porridge, chips and drinks, delicious but not amazing, because it is all starch, two people eat very full The owner is very kind, there is a baby bath and charging cable Overall, because there are young babies, we will choose West Lake Resort again. Beautiful place with nice restaurants, cafes, gardens and DIY activities. We had enjoyable and interesting DIY experience doing the Indigo dyeing. Teacher are very patient. Each cottage is unique and the stay was very comfortable. Restaurants serves delicious vegetarian hot pot. Desserts at the cafe was pretty and yummy.

It was a really a tremendous experience we had in cedarwood villa. The only way to get there is by driving but is well worth it for all. especially the room is big with japanese style setup & a wonderful onsen in the room which is a added bonus. No regret in book via trip.com Thank you Trip

You can soak in the hot spring until you are full. There are many snacks nearby which are very convenient if you are hungry. Even if you want to have a late night snack, the whole family can walk to Erfu in 3-5 minutes. Breakfast is also Chinese and Western, so you can run out of gas. It’s really convenient to have a gas station right in front. However, there was construction during the day and it was a bit noisy. Otherwise, it’s really nice👍It’s worth recommending👍

Visited in April... The local guesthouse had a very clean and spacious room. The guesthouse entrance was a bit narrow, so drivers need to be very careful with the surrounding traffic. The first room upon entering felt like the reception, so I stopped to inquire. The staff seemed quite relaxed in their work. I had booked the room in advance via an app, specifically choosing this place because it was advertised as pet-friendly. I also called ahead to confirm and made a note in my reservation. However, upon arrival at the front desk, I still had to proactively inform them that I had a pet with me, as they charge a deposit and a pet fee (the deposit is refundable upon check-out). Parking was a free-for-all; cars were parked haphazardly in front of any building where a space was available. It wasn't allocated to your specific room/building. I believe this needs improvement 😮💨. I was staying in one building, but my car ended up parked three or four buildings away, which was really inconvenient for loading and unloading. Then there was breakfast the next day. Online reviews made it sound good, but in reality, it was a tiny space with only a few limited dishes. The coffee and soy milk were incredibly sweet, to the point of being undrinkable. I was very disappointed. What upset me the most was that despite being advertised as a pet-friendly guesthouse, they wouldn't allow my dog into the dining area for breakfast. We were flat-out denied entry. When I tried to discuss it, they claimed it was to avoid disturbing other guests. However, there were only two other guests in the dining room, seated further inside. I suggested we could sit at the table closest to the entrance, in the corner – just a small spot for him to be. But they firmly refused, and I was absolutely furious. If they had informed us of this rule either beforehand or during check-in, I would have understood and we could have taken turns eating breakfast. But we had all come down for breakfast without having eaten yet, and they expected us to just leave our dog outside?! I was utterly enraged. I really hope the guesthouse can clearly state that pets are not allowed in the dining area, or at least specify conditions (e.g., pets must be in a stroller or carrier) for entry. This would help other pet owners avoid such an unpleasant surprise. Ultimately, it was a genuinely clean and spacious accommodation, but the staff's attitude left a very sour taste in my mouth.
