"The room is not far from the station, making it very convenient to reach. Check-in at the front desk was smooth, and the room itself was simple and clean. GGuest Userfabulous customer service upon arrival for checkin with Alex, ever so friendly and hospitable, made me feel welcome, also a shoutout to Celia front desk, required assistance with my bicycle and other points of interest, sorted all my quieries and was ever so kind to juggle me with my myriad of questions and check in all guests. multi taking employee @ Toc, loved the historical central location, overall quiet, respectful staff including Jony @ night shift. Toc seems like a hotel upon entrance, fab social scene at the entrance with billiard tabe, tables for computer use, rooms warm and quiet, just bring ear plugs for the weekends. Kitchen has limited supplies, but functional..highly recommend a stay at Toc,..certainly will return.

AArthur C W TsangRoom is large. Have small bar and have a long arm sofa. Bathroom size is not small. It has a separate bath tub and shower room. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good, especially in Spain. It's critical. The location is good. We just walk from the Train Station with 15 minutes. Also it is not far away from the old town where there are many restaurants and shops over there.

The location is a bit biased, on a small road, there are no shops around. But ubereat is still convenient to order takeaway. At that time, I didn't know that there was also a family in the old town of Malaga. I found out that if I came to the old town next time, it would be more convenient to eat and go shopping.
The room was smaller than I thought, but three people lived enough, the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils were very complete, there was a microwave, and there was a welcome gift. I left a coat in the room. Although I can't come back to get it, if the hotel can contact me, I will feel that the service is better.
Of course, for the hotel apartment, it is clean and tidy, it is good!

MMapleLiangI booked a 37 square meter room, which was very clean and quiet. Although the hotel is historic, it is not old and the facilities are well maintained. The breakfast is also rich and the location is convenient. Every service staff we met (front desk, doorman, restaurant waiter, massage technician, cleaner, etc.) was very warm, thoughtful and professional. Our 4-day stay was very pleasant and we will definitely choose this hotel again when we come to Malaga in the future.

꽃꽃이파리The staff is very friendly and the location is good. I booked a twin room, but they upgraded me to a triple room?? I booked a room without a view, and I understand that there is no view, but the window could not be opened properly. During quarantine during the corona period, the window opens just enough to let in air. Also, there is an opaque sheet on the window, so it feels like I am in a motel, not a hotel. The staff was very friendly, but why,,, again???ㅎㅎ

SSavy GandhiThe hotel location is amazing. Breakfast is great but one day in the morning my wife was eating a cake and it had a mold on it. There is a water and free coffee station is also very good. The cleaning girl changed the bedsheets and towels but always missed to sweep the floor. We did complaint at the reception. The reception people were very helpful all the time. Everyone spoke English with us and was easy to explain. AC is centrally controlled so you cannot do much if you want to decrease the temp.
