"The room can be, but there is a problem when I check in. The front desk always said that I didn't pay in advance. It took two hours to solve it."

Outstanding
AAndy KaWe had an amazing stay at Paragraph Freedom Square Tbilisi! The service was outstanding—every single staff member was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The spa, gym, and pool were all top-notch—clean, modern, and relaxing. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we’d definitely come back!
MMuzijinliOverall, it lives up to Marriott's quality. Its prime location is the biggest advantage, perfect for a casual city walk. The room offers a view of Holy Trinity Cathedral, and a taxi ride there costs only about ten yuan. It's also very convenient for getting to the cable car, the bell tower, and so on. There's a large park nearby, and I really envy such a chill living environment.
JJuanxincaibutaijuanAlready beyond expectations, the hotel was originally set. I found that its location is super good, whether it is a taxi or a subway is super convenient, and the scenery outside the window is very good, you can see the Holy Trinity. In addition, I lived outside the old town before and it was so noisy. There was no problem here. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, but it could be until 11 o'clock and weekend to 11:30. The lazy gospel. The swimming pool is small, but the depth is relatively shallow, very suitable for bringing a baby.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel itself and its amenities are nice. The swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) look pretty good and the lobby is very clean and stylish. The bar at the swimming pool and on the first floor is pretty nice, cocktails were amazing although little pricey.
However, the service was questionable. First of all, the restaurant on the first floor: waiting time for food - 1h(!), we had to go for lunch to nearby hotel (shoutout to Golden Tulip rooftop restaurant). Secondly, the staff forgot to put mini kits in our room (soap/lotion/razors/cotton pads/shower caps/etc). Thirdly, we went to the pool at 9:30am, there weren’t enough pool towels for 6 people. And lastly the room service was outrageously slow at night. Nobody picked the phone for 15 min. straight, we had to call the reception and guest service. After they took our order, it was another 45-50 minutes before our food came (it wasn’t much just tea and some cheese pie).
Overall, the hotel is ok, but service needs improving. I visited a few Marriott hotels (participant of Marriott Bonvoy program), this one looks like Sheraton, but doesn’t feel like it.
GGuest UserThis is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.
YYobaobaoThis is a very unique hotel. The staircase public area has a bit of a nightclub vibe, which is very unique. The room was a little small, and the suitcases couldn't be fully opened, but the service was very good.
GGuest UserInitial Scare as the Hotel staff informed that there is no reservation from Make My Trip in my name. It was midnight with language barrier as the staff seemed to be irritated with little English. I told that my trip is completely paid. She took 10-15 minutes to find the reservation. After that the smile came on her face. I was relaxed. Though they were able to gave two rooms at different floors against our wish, but we accepted as no other option. However, after that the entire experience was excellent in all respects. Comfort, Breakfast and Hindi speaking staff were highlights. We stayed for 3 days and second day, they shifted us to same floor.
GGuest UserA very high standard hotel, located in the center of things and within walking distance of the Old City, the Peace Bridge, and Freedom Square. The hotel staff was courteous, helpful, and attentive. They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price.
Breakfast was excellent.
For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David.
Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
