neaty mainatained
lifts shold have been in the middle of each floor rather than at the end
north indian restarant is worth a try
breakfast sready is good but go early to get good attenton
some rooms are modified which are very good
others are old styled wooden flooring which smells

Fascinating lobby, excellent housekeeping, fantastic food and hotel is rocking under the able leadership of GM Ila Prabhu who is seen on rounds as always. Overall outstanding services by the staff of the hotel. Will be recommending this place.

The stay was awesome and had a pleasure time to experience chennai from the prime location. Buffet food taste was good and service staff was great at Breakfast. Room service and front office team was polite and professional in their way. Will return to the location as I reach chennai

Staying at the Welcomehotel was an absolute pleasure. The rooms were impeccably clean, with crisp linens and a fresh ambiance. The bathroom was well-stocked with premium toiletries, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining the room throughout our stay. Special thanks to Brinda from the front desk. It was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

Room was like a birds nest - that small. Bed linen was not good at all, had a lot of lints. Room was stinking sometimes i don’t know from where. Chennai have much better branded hotels in much affordable prices

The hotel is set in a picturesque location with beautiful landscaping and architecture. The interiors are tastefully done, combining modern comforts with a traditional touch. The pool area is serene, and the rooms offer stunning views. It’s a perfect getaway for relaxation. Room service was excellent.
