Booked due to cost and proximity to Coventry and Warwickshire hospital for an evening stay. Staff were friendly and attentive, particularly Julie who ensured that extra pillows and towels were provided. (Hunting for extra pillows as well). Bed was extremely comfortables, good shower and room had all necessary amenities.

This premier inn needs refurbishing way below the standard I would expect from a premier inn. The score is unfair on the staff they did as much and was helpful as they could be considering.

Floorboards Very noisy and restaurant not open due to flooding needs a lot of improvement not comparable to other premier inns

Lovely lady on reception couldn’t do enough to help and room is a great size, TV tiny tried to watch the football but it’s smaller than a pc screen so unable to see from bed. Shame really as would have been a great perfect room with everything you would need

Stayed for one night in a family room and had an excellent stay. On a retail park close to motorway but no noise at all. Superb air con meant the room was cool after a hot day. Plenty of free parking. Reasonable usual breakfast fare. Good location. Will definitely stay again on a stop over.

We always stay at this Premier Inn on the way to Cornwall or London. A good easy stay with ample parking and plenty of eating options nearby. We have an electric car and good fast charging is available close by too. A cinema and supermarket next door makes it a great option for a road trip stop. The breakfast the next morning had plenty of choice.

Good, quiet location, comfortable bed and adequate car parking. Brewer's Fayre adjacent providing breakfast, dinner and drinks until 2200.

I checked in today (02nd June 2024) and was greated by a lovely woman named Jillian (Jill) she was very welcoming and couldn’t have been more of a star if she tired. Would definitely recommend staying here and that’s down to the lovely woman on reception.
