The room facilities are very new, and the owner is nice. There are clean bath towels, and they also prepared disposable towels and bath towels! Really good! ! ! It is recommended that the boss prepare a road map in advance. After arriving at the location, I asked many people but couldn't find the elevator entrance, and the courier brother couldn't find it when ordering food.

Business four-star hotel, highly recommended for friends who drive by themselves, you don't have to stay in a small and expensive hotel in the ancient city. After playing in the ancient city at night, drive for 15 minutes, look at the night lights along the way, and soon arrive at the hotel. The room is large, the hot water is comfortable, and a fruit plate is delivered every day. You can see the Datong Museum upstairs

I stayed here for four nights. The room facilities are complete and very good. The environment is beautiful, the space is large, and the accommodation experience is super comfortable. I recommend everyone to experience it for yourself.

The room is large, but the TV is small, which is not good for watching the Olympics. The toilet has problems, and it shakes when sitting. We stayed for three consecutive days. We told the front desk that the hotel did not solve it. Generally, we can change rooms or choose other options, but the hotel did not solve it after repeated reminders. The price is about 670. Mijing Tangyu Boutique Single Bath: It is a cooperative project. If you go there, you either pay extra for a bath, or you don’t pay or you take a shower and sweat steam + bar counter fruit snacks. The management system of breakfast is particularly bad. On the third day of our stay, we had to get up early to go to the Yungang Grottoes, and we didn’t agree to pack it. After muttering, we packed a few fruit eggs. The lobby of this hotel doesn’t even have air conditioning. I won’t choose it next time I go to Datong!

Exceptional. The staff is just excellent. The room was just great. Unfortunately, we got a room that has no view of the old city but anyway. Very positive memory about staying in that hotel, could easily recommend it to anyone.

Room are humid but luckily the front desk willing to change room, since room have the musky smell. Location are near to train station but still u need taxi. Beside of taxi u can't go anywhere. And even no convenient store around the hotel. U need to buy whatever u need before coming back to hotel

This hotel is really really beautiful - maybe even more than the photos show. Even though the style is traditional, everything inside the room is new, and there's even an elevator to take up bags. The location is amazing too, inside the old city wall, and I walked everywhere except the out of town attractions I visited. I think anywhere you stay in Datong you might have some communication challenges if you don't speak Chinese, but the owner here was very helpful once I put wechat on my phone to be able to talk with translation help, and he was able to arrange a last minute taxi out to the hanging temple after I had given up trying to get one. However, even though he was very helpful, he wasn't always around, and checking in was a bit difficult because there was nobody at the desk. I think this is only a problem if you don't speak Chinese though. Unfortunately, the wifi didn't always reach to my room on the 3rd floor well, and I could only get a trickle of hot water out of the shower. Overall though, I was super happy with this place and would recommend it!

Great location, just right around the corner of the old city. The room is clean. Both girls at the reception are very nice and helpful especially when you are not speaking the language. They helped organise the taxi for me to go visit places. Amazing place to stay with these amazing people. I sure will return some day.

This was a great place to stay for our 3 nights in Datong. It's like condo rooms in a high rise. We had a huge room, all very clean and new. There was a view towards the light show at Datong city walls. The host was very friendly, she taught me how to get the bus to the Yungang Grottoes. Cross the main road outside and take bus no.17 to the end of the line at a station. From there bus no 3 will take you to the entrance of Yungang Grottoes, it is easy and super cheap. There was no English spoken here, but the translation app covers that problem. Great value for money, we highly recommend this place.
