Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 giorni e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. La camera era dotata di aria condizionata, che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più confortevole. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ma un ringraziamento particolare va a Musa, il receptionist, che si è dimostrato davvero professionale e attento alle mie esigenze. In generale, consiglio vivamente questo hotel e ci tornerei sicuramente.

Albergo molto molto pulito, servizio molto disponibile e ha un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio soprattutto se siete di passaggio per andare all'ospedale Careggi e vi serve un punto di appoggio. Io e la mia compagna siamo stati sistemati in un miniappartamento molto carino e confortevole. Unica pecca: l'aria condizionata nel salottino non funzionava, mentre quella in camera da letto andava alla grande e abbiamo dormito senza problemi

One night for work. In the morning when I was checking out they forgot to give me back my ID card. Which, by the way, is not normal to keep. Even though they had my phone number, they didn't warn me all day that they had my ID card. The result is that in the evening I missed a flight at the airport, if they had warned me I would have taken my passport from home. I missed a flight, a vacation, business, and the cost of all this including nights in a hotel abroad where I was supposed to be that evening. This is unforgivable. They are totally incompetent. I spent one night there for work purposes in the morning when being out, they did not give me back my ID card, which by the way is not a normal thing that they keep that. even if they had my phone number, they did not remind me of that for the whole day, so at night I lost my flight back, if they had just called me, I could have recovered the ID card or my passport from home . So I lost a flight. I lost a vacation, I lost a business, they are totally incompetent. Stay away, it is in any case a shabby place, overpriced, and run by incompetent staff.

1 star is the maximum. I was supposed to be in this sub-type of hotel for one night and the next day go to Meyer for a hospital visit. They send the link to pre-authorize the payment and everything is fine. The same morning of my arrival (I say the SAME MORNING), I receive an email telling me that the reservation was canceled due to the lack of pre-authorization and that, if I had wanted, I could still confirm it that day. I call and they dismiss me by telling me that they had guests at the reception and that they were full. Moral of the story: me and my son out!!!!
