設施：老酒店，但是設施老舊，尤其是牆紙，陰角幾乎全部發黴，陽台牆身也都剝落。
衞生：過得去
環境：環境非常好靠近山腳
服務：服務一般，連充電線都不提供，要自己下去傑商業充電寶，充電寶又貴，又充不了多少電，比電費都貴。

酒店就在順峯山上，環境怡人，風景秀美，前台給我們升級了房型，有按摩椅和浴缸，酒店早餐種類還算豐富，但是空間不大，房間裏面沒有放電視裏的位置的話，也沒必要非要離加個電視櫃

設施：老破舊，電話都是沒線不能呼叫的，床頭沒有電源，洗手盆漏水。
衞生：床單被套有污漬，地上還有打掃遺漏的紙巾
環境：八九十年代的那種國營的會議中心
服務：沒有服務可言，累死國營單位靠養老退休的那種大哥大姐，面無表情，語言生硬毫無服務意識。且做事慢的很。
最主要的是不誠實，攜程標註19年裝修，實際老破舊成度1999年裝修的還差不多。外面有風機噪音嗚嗚嗚的響聲很大根本無法入睡。實事求是評論！

85年建好的酒店，卻説2019年裝修，實際上，地毯破舊，門都是狼的，空調是80年代的，最厲害，是床超有“歷史痕跡”，牀板是硬的，很硬很硬那種。如一家三口，孩子需購早餐票！

外觀看，確實漂亮，還有泳池
酒店位置選的好，就是服務力，裝修不要停留在歷史裏了

房間設施非常老舊，床墊又硬床單枕頭套都是破洞，櫃子椅子衞生間基本都是破舊的，整體又潮又暗，房間黴味非常嚴重感覺呼吸都難受。對面門房客進出頻繁不關門，房門警報滴滴滴的聲音響徹整晚無法入睡，真的太糟糕了
