Facilities: The facilities are okay and generally clean. However, the hotel is relatively small and is sandwiched between Atour and Manxin. The most important thing is that there is only one elevator in the hotel, so it is really slow to go up and down the stairs. The staff and guests are all in the same place. The elevator is not too big, and the toilet in the room is not smart either. It is just an ordinary toilet. I don’t know why they are promoting a smart toilet. Xiaodu cannot control the TV and does not have a Bluetooth speaker, which is quite disappointing. Hygiene: Hygiene is pretty good, generally very clean

The check-in staff came back to help us with the luggage. It was very warm and the check-in was very fast. It was very intimate to ask us if we needed disposable supplies. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was soft and very clean. There was a small robot downstairs to send things. Breakfast is also very rich. Noodles, buns, white porridge and Xiaolong buns are especially delicious. It is very convenient to store luggage. There is also a laundry room, gym, breakfast kiosk on the 15th floor. The hotel has complete facilities, parking lot, very close to Vientiane City, five minutes walk! like!

Best service I’ve ever received at a hotel. Upon checking in staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was immaculate after service, clothes even neatly folded. Towels and bed sheets seemed brand new! Great stay, would highly recommend.

I washed a bunch of clothes and hung them in the bathroom. When I came back from my trip, I found that the clothes were taken to the window by the room attendant, Sister Chen, and hung on the clothes drying rack to dry. It was so considerate! 👍 The hotel is also close to the commercial district, and it is very convenient for eating and shopping. There is also a swimming pool and a gym. 😄

I booked a deluxe standard room for three nights for my parents through Ctrip, and checked in on April 25th. I wrote clearly in the special request that I hope to be upgraded to a newly renovated, high-floor sea view room. It showed that the hotel had agreed to your request, so although the room price dropped later, I did not rebook. However, on the day of check-in, the hotel front desk initially disagreed with the upgrade, saying that the newly renovated rooms were only on the lower floors, not on the higher floors, and that you needed to pay extra to check in, and the sea view room also needed extra money. Finally, after repeated communication and coordination, they reluctantly agreed to change to a sea view room. What I want to say is, since your room type cannot meet my requirements, or you actually disagree with my requirements, why did Ctrip agree? It is indeed your right to disagree with the upgrade, but Ctrip agreed but disagreed on site, which is a bit... not generous. The hotel has a very good location, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the revolving restaurant is also good and the scenery is beautiful, the butler service is not bad, and the earrings were left at the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel unless you are just going to sleep there only. If you plan to spend anytime in the hotel room, order food, or even just think that someone will come and bring fresh towels then stay somewhere else. The location is great. In the past I've stayed at this hotel before and it was much better. It has fallen a lot. The service is just sad. Though they did know how to register a foreigner and that part was easy.

The room was very clean and spacious. The common area was also relatively clean & it was a good experience to stay in the hotel in general! Location is also pretty good, beside a street that sold some street food & a big mall. The reception is on the 4th floor of the building with its name. Reception was nice & friendly, dryer and washer was free & easy to use. The dryer actually dried the clothes up well. I wasn't able to find this hotel on didi, but was able to pin another hotel (美豪 / Meihao hotel) which was at the exact same spot that led us to the lobby. Thank you!
