The hotel has complete facilities, including a banquet hall, a Chinese restaurant, a swimming pool and a gym. I usually don't have time to exercise because I'm too busy. I didn't expect that the gym here has so many equipments. I exercised well. There are also many cultural activities in the lobby. The lobby manager Xiao Zhao's service is very considerate. After entering the room, I can still see that the housekeeper cleaned it very seriously. It is a very good hotel.

I temporarily booked four rooms in Lin'an because of something. There happened to be a section of road closed nearby. The hotel called us in advance to inform us of the road conditions and how to get there. Parking was very convenient, because the car could not enter the parking lot with the car open, so the hotel security took us there Parked in front of the hotel, the price is relatively affordable, the room is very clean, it is worth staying [strong] The service attitude is good

I rarely comment, but the service and facilities of this hotel are really good. The rooms are spacious and bright, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the hotel also has a laundry room, so I don't have to worry about the trouble of washing clothes when I am away on business. The staff are very warm and friendly, and patiently answer my questions. In addition, this hotel pays attention to details, which makes me feel meticulously cared for during my stay. It's a pretty good hotel. It's located in the center of Lin'an District, Hangzhou. The hotel is of good quality. The room is quite comfortable and the late night snacks and other snacks are provided, which is very considerate. The surrounding area is very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. It takes no more than ten minutes to walk to famous local restaurants. Opposite there is Lin'an walnut and other specialty products. The hotel staff are friendly and have their own parking lot. GGuest UserLovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

JJoeypakThe hotel has an elegant environment and unique style, and fully enjoys the natural oxygen bar of West Lake. The children love the room here and don't want to go out. The air conditioning is powerful and the cooling effect is very good. Before checking in, the housekeeper Xiaolin communicated the traffic restriction reminders and parking issues in time, without any worries. Especially after we checked out, we encountered a heavy rainstorm when visiting West Lake. We were all soaked in half an hour's walk and returned to the hotel in a mess. The housekeeper actually helped us open a room to wash and rest. It was touching! This is the real people-oriented service! The midnight snack also sent fresh corn juice and eye masks and other warm little items. Dining in the hotel restaurant can also be discounted. We had two good meals and the taste was good! The location is nothing to say, but there are still so many parking spaces, which is undoubtedly a scarce resource by the West Lake. It is within walking distance of West Lake and Lingyin Temple!

LljjjRoom: The room is quite okay, not too small but not too big. We can open two 24-inch suitcases in the room.
Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is the central type. You can adjust the fan, but the temperature doesn't seem adjustable. At first, we had to wait quite a long time to feel the cold air.
Amenities: Every day, they refill two bottles of mineral water for us. They also provide new slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo daily. Towels can also be changed every day. There are about 4-5 sockets in the room. The sockets are designed for international use, so you can use them without a universal adapter. We found out on the day we checked out that the drinks inside the fridge were free of charge (there was a sticker on the fridge stating this), but it was too late for us to enjoy them. You should check this before consuming any items.
Shower and toilet: The toilet and bathing area are separated. The water pressure is strong, but there is only one hook inside the shower room, and it is quite high up (which might not be convenient if you want to bring your clothes inside to change). The toilet is a smart toilet with different functions like auto flush. However, the doors for the toilet and bathing area are semi-transparent (you can see inside, though not clearly). If you are staying with someone you are not familiar with, it might be awkward. Refer to the attached pictures for the toilet and shower area. Between the toilet and shower, they also use the same semi-transparent glass. Please take note if you are concerned about this issue.
Breakfast: The room we booked included breakfast. The breakfast options are quite varied, from Asian to Western styles. However, there is a peak period during the morning breakfast hours when you might not find seats. Check with the reception about the breakfast peak period so you can avoid it and enjoy your breakfast.
Transport: Although the metro seems quite near, it still takes about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel (we're not sure if we took the wrong exit or if there is a better option).
Laundry: They offer a free laundry service. You can use the washing machines and dryers for free. There are three washing machines and three dryers.
WiFi: They provide free WiFi, but if you don't have a local (China) phone number, you won't be able to connect to it. However, you can get help from the reception; they can assist you in connecting to the WiFi.

At first this dormitory hotel gave a good impression: its hv many toilets and bathroom, all in quite clean condition, because always have standby cleaning service on shift. But at my last day stay, i don’t know what happen, the aircon in my room not cool at all, even i’d report through hotel’s wechat account,
Their amneties is perfect: many hairdryer in bathroom, don’t forget to bring your own bath slippers when staying here. There provide coin washing machine, and there are infuse water, hot/cold water, microwave and refrigerator in the lounge. The only thing that bother me is the carpet inside the lift to hotel is very dirty, but maybe it’s because they share lift with Xintian art&craft garden building.

KKate08This is the second time I decided to stay at Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Westlake. The location is amazing, and so is the tour. I decided to buy a half-day tour (4 hours). The price is reasonable, and the driver is amazing. He took us to visit the top tourist destinations and also took us to a good restaurant that was delicious and not expensive at all.
There was a staff member at the front desk named Sam. He is amazing. Throughout our 3 days and 2 nights stay, he helped us a lot and also guided us on our visits. While staying at the hotel, he was one of the staff members who could speak English. I would say that I received excellent service from him, and all of my friends loved him very much. You have such a great asset in him.

YYellow叶美It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.
