Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

It is worth recommending honest merchants. It is less than ten minutes' walk from the broken snow scenic spot on the West Lake. The room is small but very clean and tidy, with a separate bathroom, very cost-effective. The boss and I joked and named the Lakeside Youth Hostel. It’s more appropriate to use the Lakeside Inn. The boss smiled and said that relying on the shore of West Lake (the scenic spot on the north side of the West Lake and the remnant snow, etc.) is already a ten-year old shop, because changing the business license will be relatively troublesome. So I kept using the original inn name. The boss helped us arrange parking, and we will stay here next time we visit Hangzhou. I wish my boss a prosperous business!

A huge hotel located in a decent area of Hangzhou. West lake is about a 15/20 minute walk away. Breakfast is very good with plenty of options and a kids play area if traveling with young children. Swimming pool was nice but jacuzzi/children’s pool water was not that warm sadly. Room was very nice and spacious.

Location - The hotel is located right next to a metro station. From the hotel to the main shopping street of Hangzhou / West Lake is only 2 stops away (about 10-15 mins travelling time). Cleanliness - Excellent, everything look clean to me Service - The receptionist is attentive & checking in is easy Facilities - Their lobby area is so pretty and it is good place to chill. They have their own laundry room and saw a table tennis along the way. Breakfast - Their breakfast is something that i really missed, the variety is more than i expected and overall it is tasty! I really look forward to visit Hangzhou again and definitely will consider EBO Hotel again.

It was really a surprise. I booked a room in other hotels. As a result, two people came to the hotel temporarily. The hotel was full of rooms. I found a Ningmeng hotel on Trip.com. The price during the Spring Festival is really a good deal. I saw the room and placed an order decisively. Although I stayed for one night in transition, But I was really satisfied, the room and public areas were very clean and the service was very good. Thanks, capital praise!

Good service and easy access to public transportation. Stayed for several days and brought some big luggages, good thing that they have elevators. Good location as well, there are cute cafes and restaurants nearby (as seen on the picture). Thank you🙏🏻

Xinxin Hotel is a treasure hotel for my recent business trip and parent-child trip. The hotel itself is located in the West Lake Scenic Area, on Beishan Road, where there are a series of old buildings with a history of a hundred years or more. Most of them are lake-view villas in Western or Chinese and Western styles. The original owners were Zhejiang officials or business tycoons during the National Government period. Now most of them are museums, art galleries, memorial halls or provincial cultural relics. Walking on this street, not only can you see the beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains, but also a strong historical and cultural a**osphere. The reception staff at the front desk of the hotel are very good, professional and thoughtful, with a warm smile. There is also a beautiful lady in the lobby, Guo the foreman, who really answers all the questions of the guests. On the first floor facing the front desk is the 1913 living room, and on the left hand side of the entrance is the 1913 restaurant, which is full at meal times. Our room has a terrace of about 4 square meters, with a little lake view, and the scenery is great. The room is very quiet, the welcome fruit is rich, and free drinks and yogurt are also available. The interior decoration is elegant and nostalgic, with dark green as the main color, which fits well with the herringbone dark brown floor. Sister Yang Xiaolan, who cleaned the room, was very serious and asked repeatedly if there was anything else she needed. She was very enthusiastic and capable. The old-time a**osphere in the room was very consistent with my aesthetics and love, and I took many photos. The ”Guyun Caoshe” on the west side of the lobby was lit up at sunset, and the a**osphere was simply beautiful. French food and afternoon tea were provided there. The hotel's breakfast was very rich. If you were lucky, you would be arranged to sit by the window, and the lake view in front of you was a vivid picture. If you plan to come to Hangzhou again in summer and early autumn, Xinxin Hotel will definitely be your best choice next time.

It was overall great experience. Helpful staff who provided suggestions on how to go West Lake from the hotel. Convenient location, very near to the metro station (next to the hotel) and within walking distance to West Lake Hu Bin entrance (about 20-min walk, passing by some eateries and shopping mall). Clean and neat hotel room, with premium experience to enjoy (Dyson hair dryer, Nepresso coffee machine, free snacks/drinks in the fridge). It will be better if the room ventilation (mainly toilet cubicle) can be improved, and the aircon noise can be fixed.
