Very good services and convenient location but the facilities are little bit older. The real problems are gym which can’t be used in the morning and there’s no sitting chair and or safa in the lobby. It’s inconvenient for customers.

I returned to my mother's house during the Spring Festival. I didn't expect to open a Kaiyuan Mingting hotel near my home. It was really good. It was not only suitable for us to stay here for a few days, but also very suitable for ordinary business trips. There is a self-service laundry room on the 8th floor of the hotel and a gym on the 3rd floor. The hygiene is also very clean! The air conditioning and hot water in the room are particularly good. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day.
