Because Deng Ziqi's concert, I originally wanted to book it in the Hefei Olympic Sports Center, but the price rose. Rebooked the whole season of the four arches, the customer service little beauty service is super good. The environment is also very good, the main transportation is convenient, not far from the Chenghuang Temple, the noodles of Liubiju opposite the Chenghuang Temple are delicious, and the hibiscus egg rolls on the side are quite spiritual. There is also Haiying's cold skin. It takes only a few minutes from the subway station. Because of the concert, the subway was delayed, and Hefei was too powerful.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great, the pedestrian street that the hotel is on is really cool at night and the vibe is perfect for late night meandering. The hotel is really clean and the rooms are well laid out. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was the moving robot attendant 😅

Following a hiccup during check-in, the experience at this hotel was positive. The manager provided excellent service and the room was quiet, with a nice view. Location is excellent (next to the walking street and a large mall, with great dining options). The breakfast is Chinese, and could benefit from a couple of choices appropriate for foreign guests.

Very good, good service, sanitation is OK, convenient transportation, you can go to Bao Park, Huaihe Road, a few steps away from the subway station, and there is a Kawanka milk tea shop next to Yintai opposite

This is my second time at Anhui Hotel. The reason why I chose Hefei as the first stop of my trip is entirely because of Anhui Hotel. It gives me a home-like feeling. The breakfast is particularly rich, delicious and different every day. It can also provide various daily necessities, such as nail clippers, fruit knives, and many other things. You can only think of them, but they can't do them. They are very considerate. The service of the staff is so good. If you have difficulties or problems, they will listen patiently and help you solve them at the first time. The pillow is made of hard buckwheat, which is so comfortable to sleep on. It is the same as at home. The clean bedding and pillows are all white printed, revealing texture and gorgeousness. The most important thing is that the room price is very cost-effective. The geographical location is the central area within the first ring road. The hotel is 4 minutes away from the E exit of Daoxianglou. It is very convenient to go anywhere. Hefei has five subway lines, which can go anywhere you want to go. It is faster and more economical than taking a taxi. Because of Anhui Hotel, my trip to Hefei has been postponed again and again. I sincerely wish Anhui Hotel more prosperity.

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

Because the branch is in Hefei and it is close to this hotel, I booked it. I didn't expect to have an unexpected surprise. The guest service manager Sharon Xu was warm and thoughtful and helped solve many problems. The hotel is close to the subway entrance and shopping mall, and it is convenient to take a taxi. But there is no traffic jam. The experience is very good. I will choose it next time
