The front-desk staff was super friendly and helpful. I arrived a bit early then the 2 PM check-in time, yet she checked and find a room available and helped me check in before time. She also helped me with the electric outlet adapter. The room service was also super helpful as I stayed for 17 days. There are a dehumidifier in the room and it allows me to set the comfortable room humidity which was critical in the humid summer in Hong Kong. The room was small but typical in average hotels in Hong Kong. The only thing that can be improved was that there's no air conditioning in the aisle and elevator lobbies in floors other than the ground level. The location is very convenient with public transportation, restaurants and all kinds of stores.

Everything is nice. Some hotels stopped providing water, slippers, and dental kit after the government’s policy on plastic products but this hotel still does which is very convenient for travellers. The location is close to a lot of restaurants.

Good hotel, good location, all types of transport nearby, very easy to get to any point in the city from the hotel, the hotel itself is very clean, the rooms are very comfortable with all the amenities, the reception has very nice girls who will always help.
