Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

Great service, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Everything matched the description. They provided us with a microwave and toaster, which solved our breakfast needs. There's a shopping center nearby where you can eat and buy essentials. The hotel has a restaurant, but we didn't try it. We only had coffee, and it was good.

Comfortable rooms, prime location and delicious breakfast made our stay unforgettable. Friendly staff, spotless cleanliness and excellent amenities. Highly recommended.

1. **Cleanliness:** The room was quite clean, basically spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. 2. **Environment:** The overall environment is excellent. There's a laundry room, and a separate restroom on the first floor that guests can use even after checking out. The location is also fantastic – just a short walk from Southern Cross Station, with a tram stop nearby. It's only a three or four stop ride to Flinders Street Station. 3. **Service:** The service was decent. I didn't encounter any Chinese-speaking staff, but basic English was sufficient. 4. **Facilities:** Everything else was great, except for the showerhead. The water pressure was very low, and it was a rainfall-style shower with a wide spray angle. For women under 180cm, it's hard to reach the water when it's initially strong, and by the time it reaches you, it's barely a drizzle. It made showering quite uncomfortable.

This hotel was a fantastic experience! They offer free airport pick-up and drop-off, and the front desk even has Chinese-speaking staff. The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The bathroom has a heat lamp, which was great for showering – so warm and cozy! The restaurant's food was delicious. I didn't get to try breakfast because of my flight, but I had dinner on the day I checked in, and it was really good. The surrounding area is also very nice. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend this hotel! Also, Trip.com's service is truly excellent; they helped me contact the hotel for airport pick-up. It's so convenient to book hotels through Trip.com.

Nice staff let us check in late, there are heating mats on the mattresses, and the room is very clean and spacious. There is a heater but the warm air didn't reach the far side of the room. Close to moonlit sanctuary for those who want to stay nearby.

I like the environment of the hotel, the room is nice , the toilet is like brand new only thing that the air ventilation( fresh air) is a bit unsatisfactory.

I am a regular customer at this hotel and stay here every month for 2 to 3 days. I genuinely enjoy the location and overall experience, which is why I keep coming back. However, my experience with room cleanliness has been inconsistent. Sometimes the rooms are perfectly clean, but other times they require more attention and improvement in housekeeping standards. The biggest issue for me is the WiFi. It is by far the worst aspect of the entire building. The connection is extremely poor and unreliable—honestly, I can get much better internet speed at nearby shopping malls. Improving the WiFi would make a huge difference to the overall guest experience.

The single room shared bathroom, I did not expect to have no air conditioning, 38 degrees high temperature can not sleep before midnight.

This hotel was a great help during my trip to Melbourne! Thank you very much. I think it's very affordable and good. I'd love to stay here again.
