GGuest UserThe Elgin Carlton Studios was small but perfect for a single or a couple for a few nights. Well located near to many restaurants with an enjoyable walk through parks to zoo precinct and easy tram return. Hot water wasn’t available but I’m sure the helpful team at the studios jumped onto that.
CCola_JCBecause the downtown hotel is too expensive, I booked a hotel 15 minutes drive from the city center. The room looks a bit old overall, but it is still clean. The wooden door of the toilet cannot be completely closed because of the dampness, and it is a bit inconvenient to have a hair dryer, others are acceptable.
AAnonymous UserFirst time living in a hostel and already have some expectations of what is it going to be like
Since feedback is that the shower heater does not work well where it gets cold and switches to hot suddenly causing my body to get burnt
I was told that I can arrive early and store my luggage first but I didn’t expect that what they mean by storing is leaving my bag on the open vide floor in the corner of the pub (definitely know that it won’t be kept safe since the employees themselves are busy running the pub)
The room is very smelly
Like smellier than what I expected
SSawadirakPerfect location multiple way to traval between city. There are several things that we want to contribute for make perfection. The different level of floor between kitchen and living room may hurt your feet if not careful enough. May recomemd to change kitchenware such as pan and add the toaster, rice cooker would be nice.

GGuest UserThis is like a backpacker hotel, but there are also single rooms for singles.
Because it's cheap, you can't expect too much of it.
Although breakfast is included, its breakfast is difficult to swallow. You should prepare your own breakfast.
Don't expect cheap hotels to be good, then this backpacker hotel is not bad.
Because there are so few cheap hotels here. Overall I give 50 points.
GGuest UserI was surprised this property was rated as high as it was. It was fine, if a little basic. The room was very noisy from both inside and outside the property. Close to public transport but you need it to get anywhere as it is quite far from the main sites.
GGuest UserThe shared bathroom and the room were simple and clean. The room was a little dusty but clean.
The heating was on and we could use it freely, which was nice.
Sometimes there were all kinds of smells (smoke outside and the delicious smell of cooking in the shared kitchen), but I was fine with it.
