"I'm not entirely sure, but it definitely felt like a five-star hotel. The facilities have a classic charm, and the decor creates a wonderful ambiance. All the amenities, including the bed and sofa, are of good quality, and the room itself is very spacious. They also provide better complimentary in-room items than most hotels, such as cookies and beverages. However, perhaps because it's a traditional, century-old luxury hotel, the bathroom has an older-style design without a floor drain. This means you need to be careful when showering or using water, as it can easily lead to puddles on the floor. Additionally, there's a large, well-maintained lawn right outside the back door of the room. It looks especially beautiful in the morning and truly reinforces that traditional luxury hotel feel. The staff's overall service quality is excellent, though it's a bit of a shame there isn't a 24-hour front desk. I also found it quite challenging to reach the hotel online; emails went unanswered, and calling the official website number didn't connect me with anyone. Ultimately, I had to use the specific phone number they provided at the door during check-in."

"Rating: 4/5 ⭐ We checked in outside of trading hours and contacted customer service to collect the key for self check-in. The staff were helpful, but the check-in instructions were not very clear, especially when trying to locate the correct apartment number. It would be much easier for guests if the property provided a simple map or clearer directions to help find the apartment. The apartment itself was very spacious, comfortable, and well suited for our group of five. The room was clean and the location is convenient, which we really appreciated. One area for improvement is amenities for longer stays. There was not enough Dishwash detergent provided, so we had to buy detergent ourselves. It would be helpful if more dishwash detergent was supplied in advance to reduce the need for extra requests and delays in service. Overall, the location and cleanliness are very good. Communication with staff was acceptable but could be improved. We would rate the stay 4 out of 5 stars, with room for improvement in check-in guidance and basic supplies."
