Great
Wworld traveler_94Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
Environment: The location is great, very convenient and close to the city center.
Cleanliness: It seemed like only the sheets were changed on the bed; I found some trash left by the previous guest, which was quite awkward. However, the staff did a good job keeping the common areas clean.
Facilities: There were no curtains on the beds, which meant no privacy, but everything else was satisfactory.
The lack of curtains is a pretty significant issue. While the price was very affordable, I wouldn't recommend this mixed-gender dorm for women; even as a man, I found it a bit uncomfortable.

YYigeananfangqibudongshidemengThis is a great value, small guesthouse in Madrid. The rooms are small but clean and bright. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Retiro Park, Mercado de San Miguel, Sol metro station, and Plaza Mayor. The hotel is right on the street, making it super convenient to return after shopping. It's simple and clean, with a small inner courtyard garden. There's a small common lounge where you can use the internet, boil water, and a shared fridge for groceries. Several supermarkets are nearby. However, I wouldn't recommend being out too late.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the facility was modern and clean. You can check in and -out using a machine.
The room was not very big, but it was acceptable. I was given a spacious looker. The location was excellent. There’s a metro station and a shopping centre nearby, which made it very convenient.
The only problem was the bathroom. Because of the structure, every time someone used a shower, the whole floor would get wet. The shower rooms and toilets face each other, so I often saw the water spreading to the toilet floor, which was disgusting. Besides, there is no space to put my clothes or towel inside the shower room. Technically, there is only one hook, which is not enough. Because of this, I had to leave some of my clothes outside the shower room, where they were visible to other guests.
To sum up, considering the price, it was good, but the bathrooms were uncomfortable.
Eenjoy chillThe shared bathrooms are separate for men and women, and they are kept very clean by staff since there are many of them. There are unlabeled toiletries available, one hairdryer, and fixed showerheads.
The top bunk is far from the ceiling, so you won't hit your head.
Luggage storage and laundry services incur extra charges.
Upon check-in, you receive a key card and a locker key. A 5 Euro deposit is required and will be returned upon check-out.
SSwaterfieldI was in a shared female dorm. Nice bed and location. A towel was provided but be prepared for a cold water shower. No real kitchen to speak of. Just a small iced over fridge and microwave. It’s in a nice location and easy to walk to all the hot spots.

GGuest UserI stayed in a mixed 12-bed dorm. The temperature was good, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the beds were comfortable. If you're over 1.90 meters tall, it's a bit of a hassle. The bathrooms are integrated into the rooms, so the light is on all day and night, and since there's no way to separate the spaces, you can hear everything. They do provide shower gel, though, and a rather small towel. There were suspicious stains on my shower curtain... The location is unbeatable.

TTKM3The place looked clean at first glance, but the shower curtain had severe mold. Two out of four toilets were out of order due to a broken stall. The beds swayed a lot even with the slightest movement, and even when still, they felt wobbly and unstable. It was quite scary, I was worried they might collapse. Considering it's not a budget hotel, I think more maintenance is needed. The location, however, was convenient. Personally, I found it very annoying when some rude guests were loudly talking on the phone late at night and their phone kept beeping with incoming messages.

SSâmelaThe location is great! Close to everything you need and public transportation. I stayed there for four days and I think it's a place for short stays just for a night's rest. The room is small and the beds are narrow so it can be uncomfortable for long periods. In addition, we have to make the bed ourselves, which is a bit annoying when you imagine arriving tired from a trip and still having to put on bed linen.

GGuest UserThere were no proper ventilation for the room with 12 people in such tiny space. At night at each 20 minutes someone entered and put the lights on with shouting, gossiping and disturbing without caring for the persons who were sleeping. On person continuously continued talking over the phone for 3 hours until 3 pm at a go. Another person snored in such a way that it was impossible to sleep at all. It also seems that some people keeps their belonging in the room who does not belong there as border. I had a fligh at the early morning and i got lost for the whole nigh. Found no one to complain and they do not care even.
