YYigeananfangqibudongshidemengThis is a great value, small guesthouse in Madrid. The rooms are small but clean and bright. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Retiro Park, Mercado de San Miguel, Sol metro station, and Plaza Mayor. The hotel is right on the street, making it super convenient to return after shopping. It's simple and clean, with a small inner courtyard garden. There's a small common lounge where you can use the internet, boil water, and a shared fridge for groceries. Several supermarkets are nearby. However, I wouldn't recommend being out too late.

GGuest UserThe hostel was very clean, cozy and beautiful. There is no reception, and everything is managed with codes. I received the details 24 hours before check in and had no issues.
The female dorm was gorgeous and well decorated with individual plugs and lamp on every bed. The only thing I would be concerned about is that I don't know what the screening process is for guests. I'm not sure how easy it would be for man to accidentally or intentionally book a female dorm and just be able to access it. I did see cleaning staff during the day, but I don't know if there's anyone there at night to check.
The location was perfect and it was also close to a metro station, so going to the airport at 7am was a breeze.
I would recommend it to anyone!

VVanessaDThe hostelâs ac kept turning off in the evening, which made it very warm at night as it is the summer. However the staff was available to help at any time of night and they turned it back on. The hostel is located very centric and it makes it easy to go out and explore the city. Itâs close to a museum and the subway if you plan to explore further away.

The staff are friendly
I like the public area on the ground floor, if there could be more charging place would be nice.
However, only 2 bathroom for 12 people is not enough. One of the bathroom only have cold water and the sink is outside the toilet.
I think it is a fair option for such a price in the city, still there is an improvement.
If you are a solo traveller that need a short stay, it is an acceptable choice.

SSwaterfieldI was in a shared female dorm. Nice bed and location. A towel was provided but be prepared for a cold water shower. No real kitchen to speak of. Just a small iced over fridge and microwave. Itâs in a nice location and easy to walk to all the hot spots.

RRamilâI loved everything about my stay. There's a communal dining area with sofas, and a terrace on the 6th floor with city views. Two elevators were available. The bed was comfortable, and the mattress was excellent and firm. You can purchase a lock for your locker and rent a towel. Breakfast included free coffee and churros, and they offer 4 types of tea. There's also a communal fridge for food storage. We had a really pleasant chat with Daniel and Angela from the staff. I will definitely return here.

PPaula VianThe service is fine although it took a long time to check in (15 minutes) I imagine the guy was new and didn't know how to do his job yet, otherwise it's fine, it's on a street parallel to Gran Via so the location is great, I have to say that the room I took which was a double one was quite good inside but the outside of the room looked like garage doors, the inside of the room can't be closed but it remains locked from the outside and at 1 in the morning they knocked on our door while my friend and I were asleep and they made noises outside the door until they stopped knocking, otherwise very good accommodation for one or two nights, breakfast a little scarce but in terms of quality and price I think it's fine since for the price of the rooms in this hostel it's hard to find in Madrid and that are well located
