Es war ein tolles Hotel, ich bin mit einer Freundin und insgesamt 4 Kindern (7,7,8,12) gereist. Das Personal war sehr zuvor kommend, die Anlage ist super. Wir hatten 2 3 Bett Zimmer, mit 3 grossen Betten, es war sauber und recht gross. Das Essen war sehr gut, eine grosse Auswahl und den ganzen Tag über eine sehr grosse Auswahl an All inklusive. Das wichtigste aber war obwohl wir ohne unsere Männer verreist sind wurden wir nicht belästigt wie zb in anderen Ländern. Man wird als Frau in Ruhe gelassen und kann seinen Urlaub geniessen

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Hurghada. The food was terrible, with very limited options and poor quality. The accommodation was equally bad, with uncomfortable rooms and unsatisfactory cleanliness. To make matters worse, the security staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in their behavior. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Serenity Alma heights - fun city is the best resort in Hurghada. The Service is very professional! The hotel rooms are cleaned every day and the food is worth 5 stars! It is family friendly and enough fun entertainment. The supervisors and other personnel are friendly, help you with everything and really make you feel special! Thank you!!
