Hotel Dasmei

去酒店的途中遭遇了暴雨，導致到酒店的時候已經晚上10點多了，我在攜程預訂的是兩大一小三人房，前台發現攜程錯訂成了兩人房，幸虧前台是中國人，不然按照老外的思維方式，我能不能入住還是問題了！房間衹有雙人間了，前台讓我們先入住，第二天再換房間。第二天在餐廳吃飯，發現老闆也是中國人，老闆夫婦非常友好，為我們做了菜單沒有的中餐，口味超讚，價格也合理！房間很大很新，很乾凈，賓館在半山坡，視野很開闊，對面的山景非常漂亮。本次歐洲行住的最舒服的賓館，下次再來肯定還是入住的首選！

Hatten im Pension Mutterer gebucht, gehört wohl zum 4* Hotel dazu. Da Zimmerschlüssel nicht auffindbar, „Upgrade“ auf Zimmer im Hotel. Schönes Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphäre. Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Sehr schönes Wetter und wir waren begeistert 😍 dann aber fing die Küche im basement an mit ihrer Arbeit und die direkt unter unserem Balkon liegende Terrasse füllte sich zunehmend mit Gästen. Lärmbelastung extrem hoch, Geruchsbelästigung fast nicht mehr auszuhalten (asiatische Küche und entsprechend viel Gestank mit Glutamat) 20:00 Uhr und es wird noch lauter, da jetzt auch kleinere Gruppen mit Kindern dazukommen. Wir waren um 17:30 Uhr dort essen, sehr lecker (selbstgemachte Nudeln, frische Gemüse und bestes Schokoladenmousse) Wein extrem überteuert, 1/8 Glas nicht unter 5,80€. Ergo Flasche fast billiger. Alles zusammen sehr gut, Ambiente und Service richtig zu empfehlen. Wir werden auf dem Rückweg vom Gardasee hier noch einmal übernachten, hoffentlich in der Pension! Die ist bestimmt sehr viel ruhiger und Geruchsärmer! Im 4* Hotel würden wir nicht noch einmal übernachten wollen. Preis/Leistung 3/6

Questo hotel mi ha lasciato un po' perplesso. Partiamo dalle cose positive: la "Camera Matrimoniale con Vista Montagna" è spaziosa (35mq) con una vista sulle montagne degna di nota, le dimensioni del letto sono molto sopra lo standard. Il bagno è perfetto, doccia a pavimento e water separato in una sua stanza. la Colazione è ricca per la parte salata con prodotti freschi e molto buoni. La parte dolce è tuttavia molto scarna, chi non ama il salato avrà qualche difficoltà. E' presente un ampio box dove poter parcheggiare la propria auto, il tutto completamente gratuito. Veniamo alla parte negativa: il personale: si nota la mancanza di empatia con il cliente e la poca professionalità nel soddisfarne le richieste. Abbiamo chiesto la carta Stubai Super Card destinata agli ospiti delle strutture ricettive della valle e se in un primo momento ci viene detto che sarebbe stata pronta in poco tempo ci viene poi detto che per problemi di collegamento al server non erano in grado di darcela. Dato per buono il problema e visto che era Ferragosto perchè il giorno dopo non si sono prodigati a consegnarcela o depositarla direttamente in camera? Si saranno dimenticati della richiesta?? Altro problema sono le poche informazioni date al cliente, professionali si ma assolutamente poco formati a dare le notizie essenziali. Una piccola nota di demerito: l'ultimo giorno si sono dimenticati di metterci gli accappatoi in camera. Da qui il titolo alla recensione: "non tutto oro è quello che luce". Un ottimo hotel con molti servizi buoni e alcune cose essenziali da migliorare.

Avoid!! 4 shooting stars! Terrible experience. Incompetent, false and opportunistic staff. Never apologized for a lot of things that didn't happen. At check-in, after a huge ****** for the rooms that didn't correspond to Booking, they informed us that the relaxation area would be open from 4pm to 9pm: too bad that the New Year's Eve dinner started at 6.30pm, and since it was 5pm we would have had to choose. Obviously it couldn't be done the following day. This limitation must be indicated on the site. Radiators turned off in the room despite the 31.12. Arriving in the room and bathroom and having to take a shower in the cold is not 4 stars! I had to turn it on myself! The water flow was poor so the shower was a pain. We communicated since the booking (with phone calls and emails) about a friend of mine's allergy to fish. They reassured us that they would take it into account. What did they bring you as a first course? The fish, in tuna sauce. Without apologizing or bringing a replacement dish, they took the dish away after numerous comments from us. They replaced the second course (salmon tartare) with a green salad... poor! Poorly managed and unprofessional. It's not worth the cost at all! Go elsewhere! The room is saved because it is spacious, new and clean.

Great nice hotel, not too far from Innsbruck, with great service and cleanliness. The room we chose/assigned, unfortunately did not have a good view, because it looked directly onto the wall of the central building. The room itself however was very nice. I found the bathroom solution very beautiful, completely glazed (but screened). The only flaw is that if you need night time, turning on the light also lights up the room like daylight. But it can be remedied by using a cell phone. Unfortunately we couldn't try the SPA: the only day we went there it was closed, even though the opening hours were indicated as open. The staff is very friendly and responds to all requests. The underground parking is also convenient, although it cannot be booked. I believe that if you have a room with a mountain view, the view is fantastic (provided that there is no fog, as during the three-day stay).
