"Check-in and check-out is on your own, you even have to program the card yourself and there is never anyone behind the counter. Rooms are very nice, with a balcony, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows/cushions and a television with many channels (tho programs are in German or at least dubbed in it). They even give you nice bedroom slippers, a kettle and tea and coffee and there are plenty of sockets to charge your devices in the room. There is a safe, microwave, and small stove to do your cooking with plates, bowls, and cutlery provided. We can even use the laundry facilities (both washing machine and dryer) in the basement and help ourselves to extra towels and tissue boxes if we need to. Location is very near the Alexanderplatz train station (around 5-6 mins walk). Supermarket is also located about 5 mins aways from here, which is huge just bear in mind its closed on Sundays."

Amazing
LLambert_I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel.
The positives:
- The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable.
- Soundproofing between the rooms was good.
- The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience:
- Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival.
- Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days.
- Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness.
- Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day.
- Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20.
While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing.
If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

The staff at the front desk, particularly the ladies, were delightful and provided excellent service. However, I did encounter some challenges during the check-in process due to the initial inefficiency of one staff member (one of the men)
Once settled in, I was immediately captivated by the enormity and impeccable decor of the bedroom. It was a truly luxurious space. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a generous size that enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. Given these remarkable features, I can confidently say that I would choose to stay at this place again in the future.
Regrettably, there was a noticeable issue with the sheets. They emitted a particular smell that slightly detracted from an otherwise outstanding experience. It would be beneficial for the management to address this concern promptly, ensuring that guests can fully indulge in the exceptional qualities of the accommodation.

BbibidibabidibooI had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – there’s a bus stop right outside, which made getting to all the main attractions incredibly convenient. It’s also just a 10–15 minute walk to a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, with high-quality amenities from Byredo. As a member, I enjoyed some great perks like complimentary drinks and free late check-out until 2 PM, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

AAngelinchinaI travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin.
I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip.
Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do.
This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager.
I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel.
I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience.
Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

MM10721****This hotel feels like a great value for money in Berlin. The facilities are new and complete, the rooms are spacious and clean, and they even provide Rituals toiletries, which is a nice touch. The front desk staff are friendly and polite when handling requests like luggage storage. They also offer self-check-in, which avoids disturbing guests. If you have a 24-hour metro ticket and can ride freely, the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station. If you're not concerned about distance, it's an excellent choice.

윰윰라이프Berlin was my first city on my trip to Germany, so the location was perfect, right in the middle of the action. There's a DM Rewe Starbucks right next to the hotel, and Checkpoint Charlie is just a short walk down the street.
It was convenient because you can catch a bus right in front to most tourist destinations.
But if I ever come back to Germany, I wonder if I should stay here again.
I'm hesitant...
The female employee at check-in was so rude, I almost thought she was racist.
There were 5-6 other groups waiting at check-in.
When it was my turn, the female employee, who had always been so friendly and welcoming to the guests before her, completely lost her cool and sighed, saying things like, ”I don't understand what you're saying.”
She didn't even offer that cheesy ”thank you.” Throughout my trip, I've never seen hotel staff treat me this way, not in Austria, Hungary, or Munich. The staff themselves seemed to be from Central or South America, and it was truly astonishing that a major German hotel chain would treat me like this, especially in Germany.
Before my trip, I'd been receiving constant emails from the hotel, thinking they were very attentive, but this was a truly unpleasant experience.
I wonder if I'll be able to go again.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good.
The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.
