Great
GGuest UserUnfortunately, the pool was closed and the sauna was required to login and the sauna area was able to use just 1 hour. The opening hours of the sauna from 14:00 to 20:00 on weekends are absolutely unacceptable for such a luxury hotel. We were very angry about it. When booking we have not received any information about the time in the spa is so regulated and it is completely closed in the pool area. At the reception, we received information that the pool was closed due to energy saving measures and also lacked staff. We believe that then the overnight prices must be adjusted accordingly if a significant part of the services cannot be provided. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy our stay as we intended!

GGuest UserVery Friendly hotel and service. Early check in was possible and complimentary, same for luggage storage on the departure day. All amenities like coffee, tea etc were added as needed. Very rich selection of breakfast. Location very convenient for sightseeing of Berlin and the Main Station.

Great
GGuest UserThe room was very clean. The doorman was helpful and took out the trash, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff, cleaning crew, and customer service were all great. The only thing is they require a 200 euro deposit, which is refunded 7 to 14 business days after check-out, with the city tax deducted from it. I hope my deposit is returned promptly, thank you.
GGuest UserThe hotel’s location is great for sightseeing, close to many tourist hotspots and is easily accessible by public transport. The room is of good size for a hotel room in a major capital city. Buffet breakfast is good but would be even better if some varieties can be introduced on different days. Overall, a good choice hotel for tourists.

Very Good
GGuest UserThis place was honestly a solid find. The room was super comfortable and it was clean. The lobby has this really nice, open feel with great interior design, so just hanging out there for a few minutes was a vibe. And the views outside the hotel are lovely, especially around sunset.
There's a train station across the river, and a supermarket just a 10-minute walk away. Super convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything you forgot to pack.
Overall, it's a chill, no-drama stay. Comfy, clean, nice views, and practical. Would definitely come back.
GGuest UserCheck-in and check-out is on your own, you even have to program the card yourself and there is never anyone behind the counter. Rooms are very nice, with a balcony, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows/cushions and a television with many channels (tho programs are in German or at least dubbed in it). They even give you nice bedroom slippers, a kettle and tea and coffee and there are plenty of sockets to charge your devices in the room. There is a safe, microwave, and small stove to do your cooking with plates, bowls, and cutlery provided. We can even use the laundry facilities (both washing machine and dryer) in the basement and help ourselves to extra towels and tissue boxes if we need to. Location is very near the Alexanderplatz train station (around 5-6 mins walk). Supermarket is also located about 5 mins aways from here, which is huge just bear in mind its closed on Sundays.

GGuest UserWonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good.
The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.
GGuest UserGood location, large rooms. We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people.

GGuest UserDissappointing... We come here for more than six years, and it goes seamlessly down. In the evening is the sauna neglected, nobody comes to replenish towels and water cups, not to mention that ”renovation” meant the removal of the fridge, which used to offer free soft drinks and bottled water after the saune. Just two sorts of tea (if you can sustain that four kind of black tea means four sorts of tea...). Nobody controls the sauna temperature anymore, one day it was crispy hot, last time one could fall asleep inside...
The rooms cannot be heated, just cooled. If you try to turn air condition off, you can´t, and they need the approval of the building´s owner to change the set temperature for the entire hotel. Last time they offered us a heater, now we had to change room for extra charge.
All staff seemed overwhelmed with the complaints, except for apologies there is nothing to get in exchange for the wasted time and money...
Room keys don´t always work in the elevator or on the floor. Extra coding for the sauna works every now and then.
Staff overwhelmed, room orders come very late or not at all. No coffee sets whatsoever.
UUV909I had a generally positive stay at the hotel, with a few notable highlights and some areas for improvement.
One of the standout aspects was the exceptional service provided by the housekeeping manager. He was incredibly attentive, consistently checking in to ensure everything was in order, offering help whenever needed, and genuinely caring about the guest experience. His warm and proactive approach made a significant difference during my stay.
The cleanliness of the hotel was phenomenal. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and the high standard of hygiene was clearly maintained throughout.
The restaurant, however, was more average. While the food was decent, the variety was somewhat limited and did not fully meet expectations.
Regarding the facilities, I was quite disappointed. The gym itself is very impressive and well-equipped, but access to it is not included within the standard hotel area, which made it inconvenient to use. This was particularly frustrating, as I specifically chose this hotel because it advertised having a gym. Unfortunately, this limitation negatively impacted my overall experience.
Despite these drawbacks, I would consider returning in the future—hopefully with a better deal that reflects the overall value more accurately.
