"Room was comfy, clean, and smelled nice when I walked in. Big smart TV, Amenities were all there, nothing missing. There’s a bathtub which you can use to relax while watching tv, and the view from the room was spectacular. Bed was big and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location was perfect for us, as we really enjoy exploring a new city on foot. There are many eateries within walking distance of the hotel, including the famous Tunjungan No. 39 restaurant, as well as major shopping malls like Tunjungan Plaza. The service provided by the staff was also excellent, from the front desk to the cleaning crew and even the security guard. We will definitely come back again."

"I requested a non-smoking room, but I could smell strong cigarette smoke every night, which disturbed my sleep. The air conditioner was also not cold, and I couldn’t adjust the temperature because the remote control was broken. No floor mat was provided, and the hotel itself feels quite old and in need of upgrades. My transportation keep registering every time I went out. Overall, the best thing about this hotel is its strategic location. It’s easy to access restaurants, malls, and several attractions within walking distance. The staffs also very friendly. To repeat again? I don’t think so. Better to find another best place to stay for you to have a memorable nights in Surabaya 🙌🏼.."

"This is a good hotel. We stayed from December 13th to 14th, 2025. However, we had a problem with the bathroom drainage not working properly, causing water to overflow onto the room floor. When we complained, the response was poor, and we had to wait a long time to switch rooms. Even the hotel staff who promised to help move our belongings didn't assist wholeheartedly."

"I really need to complain about the cleanliness. This hotel had four pillows for two beds, and one of them actually had urine stains on it! It smelled strongly of urine. I went to the front desk to ask for a replacement, but it never came, so I just threw it on the floor – it was unusable! Also, the water quality at the hotel was really bad. I brought my own filter faucet, and the filter element ended up black. I'm so glad I used it! They saw I was staying with a child for two nights, but didn't offer any extra slippers or toothbrushes, which other hotels usually do proactively. Furthermore, our room was on the 7th floor, and it happened to be a Sunday. From 4 or 5 AM, there were prayers, which were extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. I asked the front desk to change rooms, but they said all the suitable rooms were full and there was nothing they could do. In the end, we had to endure it for two nights. 😓 On the positive side, the hotel's buffet was quite good. There were also some local specialty snacks that I tried. And the swimming pool was an infinity pool with a nice view. However, it was mostly local children swimming, so the adults didn't go in. The gym was also very well-equipped. It was very convenient and close to the largest shopping mall in Surabaya. Downstairs was also a pedestrian street. After dark, there were many places to eat, as well as cafes and bars. It was a nice area to explore. Overall, it was barely acceptable, but some basic standards should be upheld. Urine stains on a pillow are simply unacceptable; it definitely means the pillowcase wasn't changed! I hope the hotel can improve."

"Welcome drink needs to be improved. I found the soap in the swimming area empty. I enjoyed using the swimming pool. Need to improve the food for breakfast. No need a lot, but focus on taste.in the pastries area, provide croissant good choice. Maybe someday , you can provide cuppucino or hot latte, free of charge. Provide space for children play is very helpful. Thanks for provided grab, I got discount for rp. 8.000."
