Thank you to the reception staff for all the help they gave to me and the kind and courteous way they took care of all my requests. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a large window that could be opened. No view unfortunately. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large, comfortable and clean. The shower pressure was pleasantly very strong. We had lots of big white soft towels. Unfortunately there was no foot towel. They provided soap and shower gel. Located more or less 1 kilometer from central Taxim Square.

Konum olarak çok merkezi ve tertemiz. Personel çok ilgili. Odalar bakımlı ve temiz. Fiyat olarakta diğer otellerden çok hesaplı. İstanbul Taksimde tek tercih. Meydana yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı salonu muhteşem bir İstanbul manzarası sunuyor.

Güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Otel yenilenmiş odalar çok temiz. Kongre merkezi ile karşı karşıya. Taksime 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Nişantaşı’na 3 dakika. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Çünkü otel tamamıyla yenilenmiş. Personel de ***et ilgili ve güleryüzle. Otelin girişine güzel bir dükkan yapmışlar lokum ve tatlı üzerine, ürünler muazzam

C’est mon 4 eme voyage à Istanbul. Les chambres mal nettoyées. Linge pour 2 personnes pour une chambre triple. Coussins aplatis, moquette sale et sent la moisissure. Petit déjeuner concentré sur le salé. Pas de viennoiseries. Fromage blanc très salé. Personnel réception carrément désagréable. Bref je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet hôtel

I don’t recommend this hotel, the stuff is not welcoming, they don’t even smile to your face or respond to your Hi. Cleanliness level is very low, they leave trush in the bins in the room, the floor they don’t wipe it. We are 2 and they give us only 1 towel. The good experience is also so poor nothing special.

Odalar; Halılar son derece pis ve lekeli, Banyo; duş kabin ve kapı dipleri simsiyah olmuş yosunmudur, mikropmudur? Havluların kenarları sökülmüş, bazıları lekeli. Giriş kapısı 3 gün boyunca onarım nedeniyle arızalı idi. Duvarların kağıtları sökülmüş yama yaplımış, kapı kenarları aşınmış ne boya ne kaplama kalmış. Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Kahvaltı salonunda sosyal mesafe hiç yok herkes dip dibe, sırt sırta oturuyor. Minibar boş, Çay kahve için su ısıtıcı ve kağıt bardak var ama poşet çay veya kahve yok. Sadece konumu iyi gerişi boş.

This hotel was terribly awful. hotel's room havn't minibar and airconditioner was out of action .The room did not have a button to clean the room. Room service was awful. Breakfast also included a pre-prepared daily plate with poor quality ingredients.

The service staff is very warm, attentive, friendly. There is cleanliness and all conditions to relax and concentrate on your business. Thank you very much for this wonderful hotel, I will definitely come back!

Breakfast quality low So much noise, i couldn't sleep at all. Location is perfect as it is close to metro and bus station. Rooms small Do not stay here Stay in taxim but there are far better hotels in area
