Great location near the Jaffa Gate at the entrance to the old town, friendly and helpful staff, carefully prepared buffets with fresh produce and a fair price. Highly recommended.

The only negative I would give is that my mornings were a nightmare to sleep in as housekeeping were either pounding at my door and also as I was close to lift, the guests would make alot of noise talking loudly in passageway.

Comfortable room but I don't understand why when you ask for 2 single beds they put them together; The breakfast is rich but they do the same thing every day, variety would be nice. The staff is mostly friendly, just one receptionist who is a little overbearing. The worst experience was with my rental car, it was hit in the parking lot and no one took responsibility even to watch the videos.
