Fantastic check in! Super fast! Staff was super courteous and kind . Rooms are VERY nice!!!!! Way better than I expected for the price!!!!!! Comfy beds and clean!!

There was no signage at the property, which made it a bit confusing to locate, but we were told a sign was coming soon. Room was comfortable and rate was very good.

Checking in was pleasant and fast. Everything clean. Prompt attention to a squawking smoke alarm by maintenance man. Room was nicely set up. Had a pleasant feeling about the place. AC and Heat worked well. There used to be a free breakfast before the new management took over. That would have been a nice perk. I come to Kamloops often and can see myself coming back.

The hotel has been recently taken over by Prestige Hotels. Still had Pacific Suites Sign so was confusing, it’s a little tired now, but assume Prestige will update.
