The reception is at level 5 of the building. Location is really near the JR Sannomiya station and there’s a supermarket in adjacent building. They provide Kose face products and other amenities at the counter during check in, different types of teabags and drip coffee at the restaurant opposite reception (and even a wine dispenser machine). There’s a fun chess set outdoors beside the restaurant. The room is basic but big with a sofa inside, desk is a little small. Was initially disappointed with their check in time at 5pm but they allowed me to check in at 4ish and even brought my luggage to my room! Great service!

The raw eggs and natto are the most luxurious breakfast I have ever had. The room is clean. It is a bit small for foreigners, but it should be medium in Japan. The transportation is very convenient. Location in excellent. Very close to shopping malls and JR stations . Breakfast is light but yummy and afternoon tea service is wonderful. All of my family really enjoyed staying at the hotel.

The location is very convenient, not far from JR Yuanshao Station, one stop to Sannomiya, opposite Daimaru Department Store, 711, next to Nanjing. The room is small, but clean and hygienic, standard air purifier, no bathtub, shower equipment is very good. Really nice hotel, nice view, next to portliner train, 15min to Sannomiya, very convenient but away from all noise, only drawbacks is not many choices for food, only one relatively upscale restaurant which is quite nice though

The hotel is conveniently located, close to Nanjing Street and Havalando. The room is small but clean. The breakfast is Indian food, not very tasty. There are few varieties, and even fewer suitable for children. The room was booked with two single beds and a sofa bed. I thought I could put the sofa bed and the single bed together with my children, but there was no sofa bed in the room. The reason is that when filling in the number of people staying, I wrote two adults, and I need to pay extra for the sofa bed. Everyone must pay attention when booking. Even the washroom inside Okura had stains and dust, which is very concerning considering it’s price point Location (Good for sea views but bad for tourism, walking and traveling) The location for sea view is amazing and it’s near haborland and BeKobe. However, Meriken-Oriental park also offer the same sea view + direct port for ferry with same price point and better cleanliness. The big problem with its location is it is far from everywhere else. Some tourist spots such as Kitano Ijinkan, sanomiya city center, waterfalls and herb garden. The JR is at Shin-Kobe which is around 15min taxi. Walking is pain the ass, as front entrance is only for cars, in order to walk, you need to go through one of the three sub-entrances, which requires you taking elevator or walking stairs The location is not bad but there are hotels with better location such as ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. Directly under the shinkansen, 5 min walk (one street) from kitano ijikan and one straight line to waterfall and herb garden. The service was also fantastic. Service (Amazing, but can’t really speak English) The only thing going for the hotel with this price point was its service. Everyone was really kind and helpful, very professional. I have seen several times staffs were struggling with English speakers but aside it’s amazing. Amenities. (It got the regular stuff but lacking minor stuff like weight scale, free newspaper etc which gets offered at same price point)
