The hotel is clean, spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. The gym is very good, and the self-service laundry is also very convenient. It is very convenient for me who travels all year round. The main reason is that the housing price is affordable, the parking is free, and the stay is very satisfactory!

The juice should be juice powder. First, I took a glass of milk, just like water, and then I took a glass of soy milk, but it was still the same! I told the front desk clerk, and I dealt with it if I didn't expect it, ha ha! Both adults and children need to cook rice noodles by themselves, so be careful if you bring children!
I hope that the newly opened store can do a good job in service, not to mention touching service, but the most basic service must be done! I made an invoice and added WeChat, but there is no news so far!

The lady at the front desk is really enthusiastic and nice.
But the hotel cannot compliment me. I felt sticky when I entered the room, and the soundproofing was really bad. The noise from the road was bearable, but I could hear the couple talking in the room next to me, and I didn't sleep well all night. The hotel really needs to improve its sound insulation environment.

We booked a ”Queen Room” for 4 nights which we can absolutely recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly without much ado. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It's easy to get around by taxi from there, whether you want to go to one of the shopping malls or out to the airport. We can't comment on the facilities or the food as we didn't use them/eat at the hotel. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures when we first walked in. These photos are from when we had been there for 2 days already.

I always stay at Hampton by Hilton when traveling for business, and this time I brought the elderly and children with me to continue their support. The surrounding area of the hotel is very lively. Opposite is Vientiane City. If you drive from the airport, the entrance to the hotel parking lot is relatively small. The hotel has its own parking lot where a row of cars can be parked. The front desk was very enthusiastic and helped upgrade the room to a deluxe twin room. They also gave the children toys as gifts after leaving the hotel.

GGuest UserOverall, I like this hotel chain in general and would stay there again, both at this location and in other cities. This was not the first location for this chain that I have stayed at.
Location: The hotel is located in a fairly central location. It is very close to Green Lake, though you'll need a map in order to know that. It's across the street from a KFC, 711, and Starbucks, and around the corner from a Burger King. There are also quite a few shared bikes (both electric and not) available from several different companies in front of the hotel.
Amenities: Breakfast is available for an additional charge, and there is a laundry room. I used neither of these. The hotel room has a refrigerator and more than the standard two bottles of drinking water plus an electric kettle, tea set, two packets of tea, and some candy in a dish (that looked like it had been there for a very long time). This hotel chain is generally very good about giving you more water if you ask. The bed is very comfortable, the tv is huge, the shower is hot with good water pressure, and the room is clean overall. There were ink stains on the sofa, but no problems with the bedding. Some of the furniture/walls were starting to be in need of repair, but it's not a problem unless you're super picky.
Safety/Service: The front desk staff are always very nice and helpful and willing to answer any questions that you have, but you'll need to speak Mandarin or have a translator handy. English is limited or non-existent. I felt safe in my room, and I didn't worry about leaving things in my room that I generally keep on my person in other hotels. The maid was also very kind and helped me when I saw her in the hallway and asked for help with a small problem (that was totally just my ignorance and too embarrassing to mention!).
WIFI: Wifi is available, but there is no information about the network or password in the room that I could find. I went down to the front desk and the woman there put the password on my phone for me.
Quiet: Well, there were some very loud and very rude guests staying in rooms near me. I don't know what the hotel's response would have been as I didn't all the front desk to complain. It definitely could have been quieter. There was no noise from outside the hotel, though.
Problems: I stayed at this hotel three nights total but two times (one night at the beginning and two nights at the end of my trip). My second room at this hotel (when I stayed for two nights), there was a blinking light inside a grate in the ceiling that can only be seen when all the lights are out. It was really bothering me, and making it difficult for me to sleep. I called the front desk at approx. 12:30 in the morning, and they didn't quite understand my problem (completely due to my sub-par Mandarin), but they sent someone to take a look. The maintenance guy who came said he knew exactly what I was talking about once I pointed upward. He didn't need me to turn off the light and show him. He said there was nothing he could do. If they turned out that light, I would have no electricity in the room. He also said that it's like that in every room. I didn't remember seeing it in the first room I had stayed in at the beginning of my trip, and I also didn't remember it from when I had stayed for three nights at a different location. Whether it really exists in every room or not is here nor there, though it ought to be obvious that a blinking light that doesn't turn off when you turn all the lights off is a bad idea, and something ought to be done). It is possible that it exists in every room but that it's not visible from the bed in every room due to the placement of that grate.

GGlennOverall, our stay at Wanda Vista pleasing and comfortable. The service I received from Annie Xiong at the reception was extremely thoughtful. We came off a long flight and everyone was attentive to our needs. Location of the hotel is good, convenient to places you would probably visit. Amenities were also top quality. We would definitely (and we are) head back again during our next visit. I recommend foreign friends to consider this hotel when you visit Kunming!

Pplushparadisecomfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in.
night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

GGuest UserWe had a very wonderful time at the JinBi Hotel. It is one of the best hotels I’ve been. We booked two rooms for two couples. The rooms are big and spacious and most importantly clean and comfortable. The whole hotel is very clean and tidy. The Chinese style decorations and furnitures are very tasteful. The whole design is coordinated and elegant. Even the breakfast area is nicely decorated. There are options for the set breakfast which is simple but sufficient. There are also places to have tea . The service is excellent. It’s higher than a 5 star rating. From the front desk to the kitchen staff to the cleaning staff to the manager, they are all very warm and helpful. They were very patient with my elderly brother in law who had tons of questions and requests.
We were really satisfied with our stay.

GGuest UserWeilan Coffee House is a boutique homestay that only opened in March. It is located in a large villa area. The decoration is very new. Inside the room is the intelligent voice operation of Xiaozhi butler, which is very convenient. You can turn on the lights, turn on the TV, It is very convenient to turn on the air conditioner. The toilet is also smart. The most important thing is that their toothbrush is very good. It is not disposable. The bristles of the toothbrush are soft. Before leaving, the store manager gave me 2 of them. The check-in experience is very good , their private kitchen is also good, the price is fair, I will choose here again next time

MMaxGreat hostel! I felt like I got the royal treatment when I was there simply because I'm a rare foreign guest. Well, I'll take the privilege 😅. So in my particular case, from the moment I arrived they rolled out the red carpet. I made friends with the receptionist and we went to have dinner together right away lol. This never happened to me before haha. It was very nice. Then I was included in all kinds of social activities during my 4 day stay. We had lunch together with the owner, a very jovial guy, the receptionist and some random guests. It was very pleasant. We also went out for free clubbing and to the night market. Absolutely non commercial activities where we simply hung out as friends. Very cool! Definitely enriched my experience in Kunming by a lot. The facilities themselves were good. Everything was clean. It's a little bit cramped up in the apartment that's been made into dorms but it's ok because everyone is very considerate. There's only one bathroom so sometimes that can be annoying. It's a very high quality bathroom tho. I would definitely stay again for the atmosphere and the convenience of the location.

It is a few kilometers away from the airport and can be reached in 9 minutes. The driver is also very considerate and helps with luggage on and off the bus. The hot water is also very nice. Back to the room, I took a hot bath in the winter. It was very comfortable. There are many snack bars around, which is very suitable for transit. I will stay at your house next time. Check in at 9 am is really convenient for us since we bring luggage and bags. Got several halal restaurants nearby. At night, there were food stalls nearby also.
