房間衞生啊服務啊價格啊都還不錯，但是有兩個小槽點：一是這個酒店沒有電梯沒有電梯沒有電梯，另外打車或開車都沒辦法直接到酒店門口，無論如何需要步行一段才能到酒店，這兩點有點不開心，其他都蠻好。

差評！！！枕頭超級難睡！床品太差，床單有黃印和血跡，衞生很差，比有些民宿還差，房間構造也很難住，洗漱台超級難用！啥都擺不了，衹能放在旁邊沙發上。第一次住，真的無比後悔，再也不會來！

這是一家民宿，工作人員很少，保潔僅一人，入住人比較多的時候服務可想而知。印象深刻的是他們家的蚊子特別多，堪比公共廁所。凌晨3點被蚊子咬醒，起來開始滅蚊戰鬥，先後消滅蚊子20餘衹，留下的都是血的教訓。。。。提醒大家看到民宿謹慎入住，管理水準稂莠不齊，管理好的民宿讓人心曠神怡，管理差的就自己腦補了。。。

總體入住感覺不好：
1. 酒店保潔很差不專業：
（1）辦入住時已經是下午三點多，但還是等了50多分鐘，將近1小時房間才收拾完；
（2）一共入住5天，前3天打掃還行，最後2天床單被套也不整理，衞生間垃圾也不處理，用過的咖啡杯都也不收拾等；
（3）洗漱用品用過的牙刷和梳子可以繼續用，但被收拾走了但又不給新的，聯繫前台也沒人；
（4）每天打掃衞生時間都很晚，但實際上整個酒店房間數也不多；
（5）夏天房間有蚊子，白天我把電蚊香也點上，有時沒注意被保潔拔掉了，晚上回來有時沒注意插上電蚊香，就有蚊子在耳邊嗡嗡響好久也睡不着。
2. 前台服務態度挺好的，但經常找不到人，儘管在前台留了個電話。
3. 打車不方便，走到最近的195號路打車至少5分鐘，關鍵是這段時間昆明每天下陣雨，路邊下車後打傘走到酒店，鞋、褲子和包全濕了。
建議：每個房間放個“請即打掃”或“免叨擾”的牌子，方便使用。
