住過很多次，每一次前台都會幫升級房型，備註也希望要有窗的房間，這一次前台不僅沒有升級房型，還給了一個極差的房間，衞生間不是乾濕分離，洗澡的位置就卡在馬桶旁邊一點點，房間的床也是嘎吱作響，這一次體驗很差

This is the first hotel I have ever given a bad review. It is really frustrating!!! From the morning, there were all kinds of electric drills and hammers. It was deafening. The sound was really loud and it was impossible to rest. Didn't the front desk inform me that the room I was staying in was being renovated? The decorator drilled the electric drill directly next to the window. It was a pain. I recorded four videos but couldn't upload them. I could only upload photos. It was extremely frustrating. The room was small. Next door was the linen room. The sound insulation was poor. I could hear the cleaning and opening the door.
