Kunming Hotels with Free Parking.

I've been paying attention to this hotel for a long time. I finally checked in on my mother's 61st birthday. First of all, I would like to thank Ms. Popy Cai, the girl at the front desk. Her professional and meticulous service was great. She took the initiative to help us upgrade to executive room, gave us executive treatment, and sent us flower cakes and seagulls. The next day, she unexpectedly learned that it was my mother's birthday and helped decorate the room. When I came back from outside and opened the door, my grandmother and the baby were stunned. Ms. Zhang Lujiang from the housekeeping department also sent the child a construction vehicle toy, which was really nice. The only drawback was that the drinks in the mini bar in the guest room were charged, and they didn't seem to be very expensive.

the hotel is good for my family of 4, spacious and clean. staff is also helpful and accomodating, allow me to store luggage at lobby after check out. Decent breakfast, like the soy milk a lot. if there is one thing i would suggest, is to sticker out the bottom of glass shower screen and toilet, for more privacy even though within one family.

The place is unique in its design for every room. All the staff are very helpful and provide every comfort they can to their guests. The place itself is very cosy and we feel very relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast is reasonable and the courtyard is super nice to have drinks and snacks plus the cool night temperature. Overall the environment is an experience worth the money. Strongly recommended.

What a gem! Loved this hotel, the style and attention to detail are fantastic. It is tucked away from the road so there is no horrible traffic noise. Comfortable bed, projector instead of TV and a beautiful bath tub. We only had breakfast once, we were late so given toast, eggs and coffee which was appreciated. Staff were very quiet but also helpful and polite.

Facilities: Howard Johnson Hotel has very good facilities. Hygiene: The room is very well cleaned, and everything you need is within sight. Environment: The hotel is not far from Dianchi Lake, which is very suitable for walking and roaming. Service: I was a little unhappy at the beginning of the stay. The room I was given was not what I wanted. Later, the front desk manager and the beauty helped to upgrade the room. After checking in, I felt more strongly about the elegant environment. I am very grateful for their enthusiastic service, especially the beauty who took me to the room for fear of getting lost. Thank you!

The hotel is clean and convenient, the room is spacious. Despite the late arrival, the front desk was very helpful and willing to make best efforts to ensure we have a great experience at the hotel. Especially thanks to Judy Xu who immediately offered us a family room with King Bed and an Extra Bed for my kid when I just told her we didn’t request the extra bed but we may need it later if twin beds are too small. We had a great experience and will definitely come back!

The location is very good, the configuration is complete, the cost performance is super high, the parking is very convenient, the bed is very comfortable, there is a small bay window, it is very comfortable to drink tea and meditate, and I will come again next time

The location is a bit remote, but it is close to the Wildlife Park and the Expo Park. The room is relatively clean. The hotel staff is very friendly. There are many breakfast varieties, but there are too many groups to receive, so the breakfast restaurant is a bit messy. There is a Starbucks next to the hotel lobby. The mushroom soup hot pot and cross-bridge rice noodles in the restaurant are very good.

Hotel building is combined with several other hotels, this hotel is only on one floor i think. I’m surprised by how clean & spacious the hotel is, theres even smart system. The staff is also helpful whenever we need anything. It’s close to the railway station, we had no problem dragging our big luggages & walking to the railway station at 6am it’s around 10-15minutes walk depending on your pace.

The location of the hotel can also be near Vientiane City. The hotel is on the side of the road and is easier to find. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is large. This hotel has several floors and dozens of rooms. The sound insulation is too poor. There is also a wooden board and mirror of a cabinet in the next room. The sound of boiling water in the next room was very clear, the sound of opening the cabinet door in the next room was also very clear, and the sound of talking in the next room was also very clear. The sound of bathing upstairs and next door was also very clear, the sound of rushing water. The voice in the corridor was also heard very clearly, the sound of walking in the corridor, the sound of pulling the suitcase, and it was also heard very clearly. On the evening of the New Year's Eve, I called the front desk several times and no one answered. On the second day, I asked the front desk person, and the front desk person said that it was a holiday. No one cleaned on the first day of the New Year, the front desk had to change my room, and I didn't change it. I have stayed in so many hotels. The first time I encountered such a situation, there was no one at the front desk on the 30th night of the New Year. There was no staff in the hotel and no security. There was no cleaning staff on the first day of the New Year. This is not a small hotel, it is also a relatively large hotel, how can this situation occur? I stayed at this hotel for more than ten days and didn't see who the manager of the hotel was from the beginning to the end. In addition to a staff member at the front desk, it was the cleaning person.
