"Smartments just within the walking distance from Wein Hbf, via the entrance near to Plaftorm 9,10,11 there, just next to SPAR Pronto mart. Inside the main train station you can find all you need so is very convenience. The hotel was highly with self serve register and check-in upon the arrival. However, there’s a receptionist at the front counter was very helpful, assigned the room for me adequately, truly appreciated. The room was equipped all your need just like the second home. WiFi and TV works well, except no aircon in the room, only with one small tower fan so may need to open the window during summer time. Overall is good stay. Thank you."

It's very convenient for getting around, and having air conditioning was a huge plus. The decor is new and modern too. "Location: Super close to Vienna's main train station, just a 3-5 minute walk. Since it's not in the old town, the surrounding area is a bit average, but there are still a few restaurants. Plus, Vienna Main Station itself is a great spot for foodies. Facilities: For a budget hotel, the facilities are decent. The room size is quite large for European standards, and the amenities feel relatively new. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the breakfast – an automatic cheese slicer and a waffle maker are pretty high-end for a budget place, and the breakfast itself was good, perfect for those who enjoy a Western-style spread. Service: The hotel service was quite good. The front desk even provided two glass cups, which were handy for drinking water and brushing teeth. They also offer luggage storage. Overall: It's conveniently located with easy access to transportation. It's very close to Belvedere Palace and Schönbrunn Palace isn't too far either, making it ideal for travelers arriving or departing Vienna by train. However, if you're looking to experience the city's culture, staying in the old town would be a better choice."

"The hotel room is spacious, well-equipped, clean, and meets a 4-star standard. We were given a courtyard-facing room, which was very quiet as it wasn't facing the street. The breakfast is excellent, and they even serve champagne on Sunday mornings. The hotel is only two intercity train stops from the Central Station, and it's just a few hundred meters walk from the train station. Nearby, there's a Lidl supermarket and many restaurants. Tram line 71 stops right outside the hotel; taking it to the left will take you to many city attractions. Turning left outside the hotel also leads directly to the entrance of the Belvedere Palace, which is incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to independent travelers!"

"The panoramic room was truly excellent, offering expansive views and a well-thought-out layout. The hotel's location is superb, nestled between parks and just a stone's throw from the Belvedere Palace. The service was also good. The only minor downsides were that the room wasn't very soundproof, leading to some noise, and it felt a bit chilly in winter."

"I would like to thank the staff who did my checkin, Vojtech (hopefully I got his name correctly)- he brightens up our days- he allowed us to checkin much earlier then the official checkin time. He even greatly helped to arrange complimentary late checkout for the 2 rooms I had booked in Vienna by 2 hrs. This helps us alot since we only have one night in Vienna and this allows us some time to venture out and come back on time for a quick shower before going to the airport. I would also like to thank another staff, En (hopefully i got her name correct)- she initiated to do the card extension for us as she said the extension wasnt done on the card (in case we can’t use it by 12pm-official checkout time). This current experience in Novotel Vienna had deeply ‘upgraded’ my satisfaction again on Novotel, which I always stayed when I go Bangkok. "Had a very pleasant stay here. The location is super convenient, right outside there's a tram and train station, plus a large Aldi supermarket. The best part for Chinese travelers is definitely having a kettle to make tea or instant noodles, and a washing machine and dryer to refresh your clothes. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly. It's a great value-for-money option if I visit Vienna again."

"I stay in this hotel for 6 nights, generally the room is clean, but room cleaning service is slow, some day after I left hotel in the morning and return around 4pm but room was not clean… The room seems do not have heater as maximum temperature is 25C, no heat mode… One safety concern is the door mechanical lock was not working to my opinion as when we lock it manually/mechanically, we still able to open the door from outside with room key, feedback to reception but their feedback is this is normal, it can use room key to open the door even door is mechanically shut inside…. Generally the reception is not as friendly/ helpful, probably On the other hand, the location is very good, walking distance to Vienna main train station and city train, convenient to go any place of interest."
