"Hotel stay was brilliant from the second we walked through the door! Reception staff very friendly and room was ready so was able to check in earlier than time stated. Room was amazing! We had a premium room 1308 which was a corner suite with 2 balconies. Was even better than I had expected. Hotel is directly opposite the Shonbrunn Palace gardens and we walked here every morning after breakfast. Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The underground is a short walk from hotel and within 10-15 mins you are in the centre of Vienna. So easy to get around on public transport."

"I like it very much. The subway comes out very early. There is a zoo opposite and there are many places to eat around. The hotel is very cost-effective. I will stay here again next time I go to Vienna."

"The cleanliness here was a huge step up! I had to check out of another hotel because the bedding there had obvious stains and hair. In contrast, every mirrored surface here was sparkling clean. It's also great that there's a shared kitchen if you want to cook, and the room has air conditioning and blackout curtains, so I slept very comfortably. The only minor downsides were a slightly damp smell in the bathroom and, as other reviews mentioned, the door doesn't have a deadbolt. Staff would often open the door without knocking, which made me feel a bit unsafe at night. I hope they can add an interior deadbolt or guests remember to bring a doorstop. As for the location, it's about a 20-minute drive from the city center, but the tram stop is right outside, so personally, I didn't find it to be an issue."

"This is the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in in Europe. The room was very large, spacious, bright, and well-soundproofed, quiet and clean. Although it was a smart check-in system, communicating with them by phone was very convenient, and they were very helpful. I initially stayed in a room close to the entrance, so the sound of the door closing was a bit disturbing my sleep. Therefore, I called them to ask them to change my room, and they helped me find a very quiet one, which I was very happy with!"

"The apartment had a spacious, home-like layout and excellent facilities. Although cleaning services weren't provided for our two-day stay, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and proactive in resolving any issues. The separate bathroom and toilet were also a plus. We appreciated the ample cooking utensils and tableware, which made it possible to cook our own meals, and there's even a dishwasher! Personally, I think it would be even better if basic essentials like cooking oil, salt, and sugar were provided, as it feels a bit wasteful to buy everything new for a short stay. While it's a bit far from the city center, the tram stop right in front of the property makes getting around very convenient."

"You basically get a whole apartment equipped for yourself. The rooms are generally very clean, but the cleaners don't clean anything except the trash bin. The location is a bit far from center but if you use the trains then it's fine. I definitely enjoyed. Didn't figure how to use the TV, it doesn't have any working internet or channels."

"A bit far from the downtown. But you can own your own space with very good price. There is a supermarket nearby the metro station. Buses from the staying location are available easily. It’s a good place to stay for solo travelers who love quiet places for nights."
