I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the center of Vienna. The location was perfect, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a great selection of fresh food, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salzburg and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to reach on foot from Salzburg Central Station, even with a lot of luggage. The rooms offer minimal amenities, as it's a sustainable hotel. Just like in Germany, there's no mini-fridge in the room, which was inconvenient when I wanted a cold drink. My only options were to buy one at the hotel bar or at a supermarket near the station. I highly recommend waking up early and taking a walk around the hotel. The streets are beautiful.

Nice 4-star hotel with an indoor pool and sauna. Located right behind the central station, with convenient access to shopping areas. Small gym; however, the lack of disposable cups was a bit inconvenient. The mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows didn’t provide enough support, but the water pressure in the shower was strong and the temperature was just right.

The breakfast is good, the location is also very good, close to the train station. The front desk and breakfast are opposite the room. There is also a parking lot. There is no car. I don't know how the parking lot is charged.

I love this hotel a lot. it’s a small family owned one but very neat and tidy, breakfast tastes so good and the staff are all very nice. it’s around just 5 minutes walk to central train station which makes it so much easier for us after long whole day trips. It definitely worth staying!

The hotel is a 25-minute bus ride from the city center, but they provide free public transport tickets, and the bus stop is right outside, which is quite convenient. You can also store your luggage for free, and there are restaurants nearby.

This is particularly helpful if you have luggage or an early flight. Location is close to the train station just within 5 minutes walking distant. There is a daily open supermarket. That's perfect. The room looked claen but I was bitten by something to be suspected as bed bugs at night. We bought Salzburg card at reception at rate lower than websites. However staff is not very helpful. They did not tell us that you can get a free Guest Mobility Ticket during our stay. You need to ask. Also, we tried to scan QR code in the room to request room cleaning service but it requested us to sign in the apps. I asked the staff I failed to sign up the apps and the staff just asked me to go to the reception again in the next morning to request the cleaning and she was not willing to promote their company's apps. Also, during our stay, seems like there were school activities and many kids stayed there. They played and layed on the corridor outside our room door at night even after 9 p.m. The kids were polite and let us way go inside but the door doesn't seem to be very well soundproofed. We can still heard their voice.

Online in person registration should be illegal lmao, what are humans for then? I agree with Pre online checking but in person online checking is kinda dumb. Also want to mention that you guys send too much emails, especially annoying when its not translated into the traveler language. Appart from that it was clean, simple but nice hotel. I would recommend it, good value! Lacks better luminosity in the bathroom. Toilets and sink area are too dark.
