"The hotel claimed to be close to the central station, but it's actually about a 10-minute walk, and you have to go up a steep hill, which isn't ideal if you have luggage. The room facilities are basic, with a kettle and a coffee machine. The bathroom is a bit small, and the shower water tends to leak out, so you need to be careful not to slip. The main elevator door downstairs seems to close around 8:00 PM, so guests returning later have to use the stairs, which is inconvenient if you're carrying bags. There's an underground parking lot, which is good for those traveling by car."

"The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. You can even call reception late at night, and they'll come and assist you. They change towels, and there's tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and milk available. The downside is that it was very cold when we stayed in winter. The air conditioning didn't work for heating. A maintenance worker came, but nothing changed. The washing machine was old, and we struggled to close the door until the administrator from reception came to help. The hotel is right in the city center, so everything is within walking distance. The Sky Deck is 15 minutes away, the train station is across the street, and there's a grocery store in the same building."

"Very nice location, can access all major tourist spot by walking, the service was top and friendly, I was able to get the room earlier than the check in time, the room is good size and clean. The plus is the free parking space. No lifts, a bit inconvenient with luggage."

"Highly recommended for the price! I stayed one night to get to the airport in the morning, and it was perfect for that. The room had everything you needed, and there were plenty of bathrooms. The good thing about the bathrooms was that they were individual. The room was equipped with a fridge and a microwave. There was also a kitchen, which unfortunately wasn't very well-equipped, but it was sufficient for my needs. The man at the front desk was very relaxed and nice. The deposit was returned a few hours after check-out. The only real downside was that you could hear everything. The walls were very thin, and you could hear everything from above as well. The street was also very noisy. However, it barely bothered me personally. I would definitely come back for a short stay."

"We booked a private 3 bed room as a couple. It was spacious enough for us. The mattress could get changed as it’s quite worn down. The AC was actually disgusting to say the least. It’s good they have one in the room but we had to turn it off because it smelled really bad. Luckily we went in winter so the small window was fine. The community areas were tidy as well as the bathrooms. We did not use the pool but it’s a great addition to have! Breakfast was fine as well"

"The location was absolutely perfect, being incredibly close to Brisbane's Roma Street Station. In other backpacker hostels near Coles, you'd have to walk downhill for about 11 minutes to the station or drag heavy luggage, which is a real pain. But here, getting around was so easy and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. Usually, I only book 4-bed dorms, but this was my first time trying a 6-bed dorm. Surprisingly, it was much quieter and more comfortable than a 4-bed dorm, perhaps because there were fewer people using it. If you're visiting during the off-peak season, it might be a good tip to try your luck (gamble) with a 6-bed or even 8-bed dorm! The lounge and kitchen on the second floor are conveniently located together, making it really easy to socialize and use the facilities during my stay. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. 💡 **Booking Tip!** If you're with a companion and want adjoining beds (like a double bed setup), I recommend emailing the hostel in advance to request this before your arrival!"

"The 63rd-floor view was absolutely amazing, offering a wide-open panorama that was simply the best. My two-night stay was perfectly comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is right in front of the Botanic Gardens, which was great for morning strolls and exercise. Its convenient location also made it easy to walk to various places. The staff were friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was not good and definitely needs improvement – seriously! There was a lot of dust, and the dishes and cooking utensils weren't thoroughly cleaned. This was a significant disappointment!"

"Our stay at Madison Tower Mill Hotel was comfortable and convenient. The hotel is located close to the Brisbane CBD, Roma Street Station, and Central Station, making it easy to get around. There is also a City Loop bus stop right next to the hotel, which is very handy. One downside is that the hotel is situated on a hill, so there are quite a few steep walks and stairs when returning to the property. The hotel also provides limited amenities, no toiletries, and no slippers provided, meaning guests need to walk barefoot on the cold floor. The room size was okay but comfortable, with enough space for four people to move around without feeling cramped.
