AAnonymous UserPassword lock, get the password from the mailbox, pure self-service check-in, the overall environment is OK, clean and sanitary. It is very close to the Jilong beach, a 10-minute walk, there is a gas station and 711 next to the hotel, and it is also convenient to drive to the big supermarket

GGuest UserThis was our first stop on our road trip from Melbourne to Adelaide, via the Great Ocean Road. As it was my first time driving a right-hand-drive car, I chose Geelong, being the closest to Melbourne, as our initial stopover. The hotel's location is excellent, right in front of Geelong Beach and behind Geelong's commercial center, making it convenient for dining and stocking up for a long drive. Both the hotel room and bathroom were spacious and bright, and at least upon check-in, they were very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and proactively arranged valet parking. Since there were three of us, housekeeping promptly set up and made the sofa bed. I do have to mention a common drawback: there were no disposable slippers. And another common issue: in today's personalized era, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided aren't really that useful. It would be better to save on those and instead provide guests with disposable slippers and shower caps.

Mmaggie moThis hotel in Geelong is right in the city center, by the beach. It's super convenient. This morning, I saw a sky full of beautiful colors from my room's balcony, so I quickly headed downstairs and crossed the street to the beach. I ended up witnessing a stunning sunrise. The hotel staff are all really friendly. The room has everything you could need – a washing machine, dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it feel just like home. It was fantastic!

Cclub157Wonderful, warm and comfortable cabin..... heated pool in winter was a great surprise for the children.
We left something behind and the staff promptly contacted us and then held on to it until we could make it back to collect. Much appreciated.

PPoploliGeelong is a must-go town on the Ocean Road, and it is also the departure point for taking a boat to Tasmania Island. The BEST WESTERN brand is similar to the domestic Atour positioning. The service facilities are above the average. Parking is free and the parking space is enough. The hotel is in a good location. The room is much larger than expected. There is a balcony.

HHualidepaoziThe rooms are very good, with one large bed in one room and four bunk beds in the other. It can accommodate a family without being crowded. The living room is large, the kitchen is complete with basic tools, and the bathroom is very clean. There is also a swimming pool and children's play facilities in the garden. It's very close to the supermarket and convenient for shopping. In short, it is highly recommended to stop by car.

GGuest UserNice and peaceful location. Room was cool even though it was a very hot day so it wasn’t necessary to use aircon. Awesome mattress to sleep on - not too hard or too soft, perfect! Plenty of power points to charge devices, located at bedside as well as by dining table. Hassle-free check-in and check-out. Pokie gaming in the evening was fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was very disappointing. Dirty tissues left in room, air conditioner did not work and it was a hot afternoon/evening, bathroom fan didn't work - only 1 of the lights in the bathroom lights/heater worked.
I didn't expect 5 start but I expected a lot more than that.
Loved the location but needs alot more care taken with the rooms
