"The room was good, spacious and acceptable cleanliness level. Location fantastic too. However, 1- The bed or mattress is extremely bad. I guess it is very old mattress and you can basically feel the spring when you sleep. Very BAD 2- The water pressure for the shower is extremely low. I think they do purposely to save water as I compare the pressure from the basin and it was very good pressure 3- This hotel is basically 2 stars hotel Will not be staying again"

"The 63rd-floor view was absolutely amazing, offering a wide-open panorama that was simply the best. My two-night stay was perfectly comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment is right in front of the Botanic Gardens, which was great for morning strolls and exercise. Its convenient location also made it easy to walk to various places. The staff were friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was not good and definitely needs improvement – seriously! There was a lot of dust, and the dishes and cooking utensils weren't thoroughly cleaned. This was a significant disappointment!"

"The environment is excellent. Hyatt Regency Brisbane boasts an unbeatable location right on Queen Street Mall. The rooms are modern, minimalist, and spotlessly clean, and the rooftop pool bar has an incredible atmosphere, making it the perfect spot in the city to catch the sunset. "Excellent location, super convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel is a bit old but still quite clean, especially the bedding. I stayed for many days. If you need a change of bedding, you have to tell the housekeeping staff directly or leave a note. Otherwise, they'll likely just re-make the bed without changing the sheets. Milk is free; if you don't receive it, the most reliable way is to tell the housekeeping staff or leave a note. Also, every morning from 7:30 to around 8:00 AM, the lobby offers a free plate of bread and fruit, which is a nice touch for early risers. Overall, it's very good, and I'd likely stay here again."

"It was a good short stay. I reached early before the Check-in time but the room was ready, and i get to check-in straight away. It was a fast check-in since i already pre-book the room from Trip.com. The room was excellent, clean. The bed was comfy. Although i didn't get to sleep full-night as i had to check-out early to catch an early flight but it was really comfortable and nice for me. The hotel also was just walking distance to the nearest mall and other shopping and F&B outlets. Everything so near, just walk around. Will defo coming back!"

"The hotel's location is great, just a 5-minute walk from the central station. It's clearly a newly built hotel, as many airline crews are staying there. The hygiene is good, and the facilities are standard, similar to what you'd find at a Doya hotel in China. However, the window in our room was extremely small. No sunlight came in all day, making it very dark. We considered asking to change rooms, but since we were out all day and only came back to sleep at night, we decided against it."

"Can not fault this hotel, we arrived early and the lovely gentleman at reception wiggled the rooms around and gave us an upgrade so we could access our room earlier. The room was spacious, clean and a stunning view. We often travel to Brisbane for medical appointments so we will be making this hotel our regular from now on. The location is all amazing as Queen st mall is the next street across."

"The service is simply not too disgusting! I went to check in, and I had to charge a deposit of $100. I didn’t pay much attention. When I swiped the card, I found that they had swiped nearly $500. I asked if my room had been prepaid. Will retreat tomorrow! It doesn't matter so much, I just said very harshly, isn't this your problem? She said, yes yes, I'll give you a drink coupon! It's really funny. I don't want to say, she probably fooled it. Then there is no drinking water in the room. When I checked in, I didn't tell us to take the pot to the elevator. We thought that there was no water, so we took the drink voucher and went to the bar below to get a drink, but when we heard that you wanted to use the drink voucher, we said we were closed. We said that there was no water in the room, so we told us to fetch water by ourselves! What’s even more irritating is the breakfast, we ordered breakfast included, because it is a single breakfast, so a person can only order one drink and one breakfast! I added a few hundred yuan more, just two stuttering! If you want something else, you have to add money! An internet celebrity hotel is an internet celebrity hotel, and it's useless except to take photos of them! Really believe in evil and live here! The breakfast buffet at W is delicious!"
