"A very pleasant little hotel, well located and perfect for a short stay. The welcome was friendly. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. Good value for money. I recommend it!"
"The nicest budget hotel I ever stayed in. 24/7 free hot drinks, microwave and room size is big enough for 2 people. Hotel staff all are so friendly. Very close to the tram station Bailly. Just one note the way reaching to the hotel is quite a hike, so if you hate hassle with luggage, consider take taxi. But we are totally fine and very satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for making our stay very memorable in Brussels."
"The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making transportation very easy. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and had a great attitude. The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. As for breakfast... it was very mediocre, and the breakfast staff seemed quite impatient."
"The location of the hotel is excellent. Very close to tram station and just 7-min walk away from Metro Louiza Station. The setup standard is the same as CityBox Hotel Group. Not luxury but clean and comfortable. The shared kichen at the basement is well-equipped. The bad thing is that the air conditioner inside the guest room seems not working at all. It is terribly hot even in the midnight for my 4-day stay. The answer to my comlaint is that the air conditioner is under repair. I was given a small fan but it didn't help much indeed."
"A few minutes walk away from Bruxelles Midi/Midi Zuid. Room is comfy and cozy. Staff were nice. The only issue I had was one towel in the bathroom was dirty/used upon check in. Housekeeping should always double check. It leaves a bad impression."
"Ideally located, I really appreciated the amenities, the gym, and the breakfast. A small downside is the paid access to the spa… €50 for 24 hours. A discount for hotel guests would have been very welcome. Also, the sauna is a bit small and very busy during peak hours. Furthermore, it was difficult for me to get extra water in the room because I was told that room service and the bottle itself would cost €17…"
"Very unlucky that AC is not working during our stay. Although we have been provided fans and cold water, the room is still not cool enough. And the chocolate I bought start melting in the room😔
But the hotel staff are nice and helpful, room is clean and beautiful, location is good, close to the tram station"
"Not so close to train station is bit inconvenient, more ideal for those who need to use metro or prefer to shop nearby instead of visiting other cities.
Inside the room is quite basic and not so convenient for charging electronic devices as there is very limited outlet and rather far from bed and table. Poor soundproof as a result you can hear everything from next door and upstair. In addition, hair drier provided and the bathroom is vintage level so do not expect to completely dry the hair all at once unless for those have not much hair left.
The best part of this hotel would be the young man Arthur who worked for the night shift at lobby during our stays. He has delightfully helped us with traveling direction/information and choosing local beers. He friendly attitude genuinely made us feel relaxed and welcomed."

Great
AAnonymous UserThe room was great, but the carpet was seriously outdated. Downstairs, there were complimentary fruits and water, and the breakfast was the best and most plentiful we've had in any of the European hotels. The location isn't bad either.
MMaplaThe staff were very courteous, the room was bright and spacious, and the breakfast spread was superb with both sweet and savory options. The common areas were welcoming and well-maintained, and the location was excellent, close to several points of interest. All in all, excellent!
GGuest UserThis hotel exceeded our expectations! There was free coffee, water and tea in the lobby area that you can comfortably drink on the sofas. The room was clean and quiet (a bonus was the wc separated from the shower). The position was close to the central area in a quiet street.
KKitMeeEasy check-in n out. Reception counter n residence located separately. Same row though. The lobby closes at 11pm. A water dispenser n coffee kiosk available complementary for guests. Need to exit residential block n enter lobby block if were to refill or drink coffee or any admin issues. Laundry room is located at basement. Free usage but need to bring own detergent.
Great location coz the Brussels Luxembourg train station bus stops are just opposite the hotel. Some eateries n bars just next n across the hotel. A mini mart is just opposite the bus stop.
Spacious and clean room. Comfortable. No toothpaste n toothpaste or indoor slippers provided. But shower cap, shoe shine n mini sewing kit provided. No hair conditioner is provided. A kitchenette with a new set of cleaning materials provided.. Equipped with complete utensils.
AC is centralised. Rather stuffy n warm at times. A cute little balcony.
No house keeping for short stays.
Requested for new towels at the reception counter but did not receive any.
Very very very expensive hotel
as we booked during BTS concert period!!!
Had a good stay but beyond the price charged
GGuest UserThe hotel was much better than expected. The location is excellent, the room isn't small, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room was clean and odor-free, and the front desk staff were great, giving us a room we were very happy with.
GGuest UserAlthough I went to the hotel at night, the hotel staff immediately helped me check-in and the service was very good.
The room is very wide and combed, and it is very clean! Nice stay!
GGuest UserOne of the best Ibis properties I have stayed at, location is extremely convenient with the bus stop being just opposite to the hotel. Room was decent sized and clean. I didn’t eat at their restaurant so cannot comment about the food. Definitely recommended for all travellers!
GGuest UserI prefered this hotel as it is close to the EU institutions. However, there are better hotels on other parts of the city. In booking, I didn't select the breakfast as I confused. When I arrived the hotel, they told me to include breakfast for 29$ per day, which was expensive. When booking, I read that there would be drinking water as complementary but there was only empty bottles and it should be filled in from a machine next to the elevators. Lastly, the room was noisy because windows are not noise dampening. The furniture was also outdated.
FFlositaStayed at the Apartment, great space, fully stocked, easy instructions, great place to stay in central Brussels!! Most areas were with in walkable radius though we opted for a bus ride at a near bus stop
DDianpingdashi007The location is very good, the decoration is not bad, although it is more retro
But the space is huge, invincible, and the suitcase is spread out casually.
There is also a sofa in the standard room to sleep
The disadvantages are also obvious
There is no place to hang the shower in the bathroom - handy
The room lighting is dim, others are OK
This space is really outrageous.
By the way, the elevator is small and old-fashioned. One person plus a 28-inch box is full.
