The hotel is very clean and organised, staff are very friendly and educated, the team is generally very requested and people work with very good will. Amei meus dias no Cassino. Meu único problema foi para dormir, pois havia MUITO barulho no corredor (pessoas falando e rindo muito alto, umas crianças correndo e outras batendo nas portas dos quartos e saindo correndo. E a insatisfação foi que o monotrilho não estava funcionando.
